These guys are great. I had a problem with my truck that bigger shops did not want to touch so their quotes were outrageous. Martin and his crew looked at it and said we can fix it. The work was amazing, the price was great, but when I left I felt more of a friendship than just a business relationship. So glad to have found this shop that puts their customers first and believes that their profession is a craft and an art form, something lost in the big shops.

Very professional and kind! Martin was helpful and didnt beat around the bush, didnt try to up-sale me with bogus unnecessary repairs on both of my vehicles! Kept me up-to-date on any issues and had my vehicles done in a timely manner! I high recommended this shop!!!

I brought my vintage Volkswagen camper to The crew here and was met with friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating professionals. They are an old school outfit and small enough to take on smaller jobs that other shops turn their nose to and in a timely manner. They were able to mitigate some 40-year-old rust around my rear windows and did a great job matching the aftermarket paint that someone thought was a brilliant idea 20 years ago... Not! Were really happy that our bus is 100% the same color (no more primer gray on the quarter panel!) and more protected for the elements. Were ready to cruise for another stretch of time before we have to worry about the next round of rust mitigation. They had great ideas on how to reduce costs while still achieving my overall goals. I cannot recommend these guys enough!!

Mark, the owner, was super helpful in getting me to the proper places that i need to get the work done and for good quality on my truck.

Absolutely incredible. Martin and his team are the only shop I know of competent enough to understand their customers needs, in order to work with us and around our schedule.Long story short, Martin finished a car that was started by another shop. The other entity couldnt and wouldnt finish the job, so Martin stepped in and took 100% control of the situation. Got the remainder finished and I couldnt have been happier.Just today, I picked up yet another vehicle I had requested some work on after a minor collision in which we werent at fault. Five words: Screaming deal, on outstanding work.Hands down, literally the only legitimate body shop in the South Puget Sound area. Martin doesnt play games, or play the run around. Your satisfaction is his main priority, and he doesnt disappoint.Ive been going to Martin for years. Trust me, I have seen plenty of other shops work and it doesnt even come close.

Best body shop around JBLM hands down. They actually shake your hand when you walk thru the door and treat you like a person, not a paycheck. Martin and his guys are professional and do amazing work for a amazing price. I would recommend them over any other body shop in the area.
