I would give them 10 stars if I could. Before going to Lube & Latte, I went to 4 other car shops, and all those places werent close to the service I received with Lube & Latte. Theyre all about being honest, reliable, and efficient. They will give you a straightforward answer on any issues your car has and arent about taking your money. They have great morals and integrity.

The pros at Lube and Latte continue to exceed my expectations. Competitive pricing, professionalism and most importantly, they stand behind their work. Recently my F-150 was serviced and the water pump installed ended up being faulty (bad internal o-ring). This part failure was not due to the shop.The water pump was gushing coolant 48 hours later, and I was luckily able to get the truck back to the shop. Lube and Latte not only replaced the pump free of charge with a new unit, but did not bill for the labor, which was likely in the neighborhood of 250.00.5/5 stars. Will continue to have all of my vehicle service through LUBE AND LATTE.

I arrived early and I was surprised the techs got started on my car quickly thereafter. The coffee was amazing! I’ve gone in afterwards for a mocha without having anything done to my car, it’s definitely better than Starbucks! They told me what I needed to replace in my car without being pushy sales people. I feel comfortable recommending this place to my friends and family for their car needs!Also, the gentleman at the front office is so friendly which is always nice.

Been here twice and the guys are always professional and so helpful. Ive been ripped off by other mechanics but these guys are honest and wont charge you for things that you dont need. Always coming back and referring others.

Got my brakes done and an oil change, while sipping on a cappuccino — this place is awesome! Really friendly and knowledgeable staff and super efficient with my time. The cafe is an easy environment to hang out and get some work done while waiting. Also, appreciated how clean the whole place was, the restroom is spotless — easily the cleanest I’ve ever seen in an auto repair shop!

I took a car I was looking to purchase to Lube and Latte and had them inspect it pre-purchase. They were extremely thorough with the inspection and made some very good recommendations and quoted very fair prices. I was in and out in the promised hour time frame. I will definitely return again!

This was my first visit, but I settled on Lube and Latte after seeing several recommendations online. They quoted me 30 minutes for an oil change, but had me on my way in just under 20. They are conveniently located for me, but, after this first experience, I would go out of my way to use them again.

I decided to make my oil change appointment via their website, and I have to say from start to finish it was a really great experience. We arrived early, and to our surprise they were able to start working on my vehicle right away...(I genuinely did not expect/need them to start early, we only arrived early by luck.) The coffees we ordered were very tasty(Large Americano & Caramel Machiatto). We joked about returning for the coffee alone. My appointment was scheduled for 2:30 pm, keep in mind we arrived about 15 minutes early. We were out the door and back on the road by 2:37. Blew our minds. 5 stars would highly recommend.

Fantastic service and lattes! Came here to get a pre-purchase check up on a car we might buy. They explained everything that needed to be done to the car in order of importance and werent pushy at all which is refreshing after past car experiences. Also the almond milk latte and Thai pumpkin spice bread were delicious! We will definitely return for service on our car!

Weve been taking are cars here for several years and weve always received honest, reliable, and affordable service for our car. If you think this is just an oil change place, youre wrong. The technicians are very qualified and honest. They always perform a few review of our cars and prepare us for upcoming maintenance so that we are never surprised when it comes time for additional servicing besides oil changes. While I still price check the required maintenance with other shops and dealerships, Lube and Latte is almost always the most affordable shop. Its nice to know honest car technicians still exist.

My wife and I have been going here for years. Theyve always been truthful with what is needed or not on our vehicles and helped us navigate a couple of expensive repairs over the years. I trust what they tell me and theyve always been cheaper on labor costs when I compared to other garages.

Took my car in for an oil change a few weeks ago and they discovered a bunch of things wrong with it, many of which were urgent. Doing an oil change and hearing that your car needs hundreds of dollars of repairs is never fun, but they were nice, their prices were good, and they got the work done quickly. They also called me back a week after, to check in on my car and see how it was doing. I mentioned that it sounded a little different since the repairs, and they had me bring it in, did a test drive, and found a little thing that needed fixing, which they took care of on the spot, for no additional charge. Chris S. was particularly helpful and always really nice. They also have great coffee; spending hundreds of dollars on car repair sucks, but at least you get to console yourself with a tasty drink while you contemplate your much smaller bank balance.

This shop is the best Mechanic shop Ive been to in Denver. They give detailed reports of what work is needed and if you come in to do a service that actually isnt needed, they will direct you to problems that are more important instead of just taking your money and throwing parts at your vehicle. I highly recommend these folks for any of your repair and maintenance needs!

In the day in age when its hard to find an honest mechanic you need look no further. Lube and Latte has quality mechanics, outstanding customer service and is excellent at doing the work right the first time. But the secret is out so make sure you call ahead for an appointment as they are usually booked up in advance with returning satisfied customers.

My boyfriend and started taking our cars there years ago based on a good friends recommendation. This friend has taken his cars there for years. We do too now, even though they are not close to our house. They are honest, weve brought our cars into for things and left with no charges. Ive had a car towed in there and they always do their best to accommodate me quickly, many times same day.

When I first moved to Lakewood I chose Lube and Latte because its across the street from my house, that was 4yrs ago and I keep going back. Both Chris are very friendly, their oil changes are fast, plus they have good smoothies. My only issue is they make up a list of other things that need fixed (which is great) but then try to get a buck out of you and try to persuade you to fix those things soon and spend more money when its not necessary at that time (but Im sure most shops are that way).

This was my 1st visit. He was honest, thorough with explanation, reviewed mileage recs for my maintenance with me (I had already read them, so I know he was truthful). Estimate was provided before work. Employees were professional and kind. Work was done in a timely manner, andthe price was was reasonable. I will definitely return. (And the latte was actually great). I wish they had a car wash service, and I would spring for that occasionally.

Im an amateur mechanic and am very picky about where I take my cars for service. Not only do these guys do a good job and keep very close to their quotes, they stand by their work. Their prices are also excellent and have an awesomely friendly staff who treats everyone well.

These mechanics have been our familys mechanics for years and they have serviced all of our cars. Service has always been timely and efficient and Dustin is a wonderful owner who goes above and beyond to help his customers be it from good (and low priced!) loaner cars to excellent communication throughout. From oil changes to pretty extensive fixes the pricing is great and I completely trust their expertise from experience. Never have they tried to force fixes that werent mandatory AND the mechanics have always taken time out of their day to explain in detail what was wrong with my car, how it could affect performance, when it should be fixed, given me estimates upfront (with no surprises in the end), and always offered me a free coffee or what not with my oil change. Plus the invoices clearly break down every detail to help keep me informed. Scheduling has also been convenient and they work with me to find a time that is amenable to both parties. Christian makes a great latte or iced tea and always engages in pleasant conversation if I decide to wait for my car! The people at Lube and Latte are the trustworthy mechanics you want working on your car and I cant recommend them more highly.

A friend recently suggested I take my car into Lube & Latte for an oil change. Its an older car with plenty of mileage, and needs a little extra care. I was really impressed - by the service, the advice on future maintenance, the time it took, the attitude of the people working there, the comfort of the waiting area, and the COFFEE... which I never thought Id say about a car repair business!

I cannot say enough about this place, so glad they moved into our neighborhood. So far, they helped with our older van, checking it our before a road trip, they changed the breaks on an old subaru that my son saved his $ to have this done and they were reasonable about the cost and today I am handing them our old vintage Caddy for a new radiator. All reasonably priced and no problems on any of the work we have brought by. Thank you!

My favorite thing about this shop is their appointments. I have to call in advance because they are always full but when they get me in, it takes 30 minutes for my oil change every time and I am on my way! They have decent chai tea and an assortment of Costco muffins, which is a plus. I dont know much about cars but they always answer my stupid questions and take a lot of time to make sure I understand what is going on. The few times I have called last second for something important they squeeze me in! The shop is clean and pleasant and I always go there for my car needs!

They have serviced my Infiniti for 2yrs and always do a great job.

First impression walking in was that I had stumbled into the wrong store. It was just like any ordinary coffee shop. I even asked Dustin where the mechanic shop was. It is a very welcoming and warm feeling business. I had no appointment but they managed to squeeze me in. While I waited I indulged in an espresso drink that I got for free with my particular maintenance! I think this is my new mechanic.

I always had my oil change here. Nice ppl and good coffee. I have a 2015 Honda crv. Pay $65 for oil change. I didnt realize how steep the price was. Im now going to planet Honda. $45 for an oil change.

Just got an estimate from this shop, seems pricey but thorough. Very busy, hard to get appt times.

I am surprised at what was missed on my car inspection, considering the reviews and they knew what they were doing per reviews and the establishment. I am not sure if someone was new or just had an off day. But, here is the issues I found. When I got the initial inspection report, we went over all the items needed to be addressed for safety measures. I was specifically told my breaks were fine. However, upon inspection per Lyft, I had no back break pads, I was shocked! My mechanic confirmed, luckily I had not damaged the rotors. The second issue I found upon inspection was that only the passanger side front lower control arm with ball joint was needed to be replaced per Lube and Latte. However, this too was mis inspected, the driver side still makes a bad clunking sound. My mechanic also confirmed that if you are doing one side, you really should do the other because you will notice the difference. Which he was right, as well as it does need repair considering most likely original off a 134,000 mile car. If, I would have known these things up front would have saved me time, money and my mechanic time. I will now need to reorder another arm control and have my mechanic out again. I wanted to write this review so that Lube and Latte was aware, thanks!

I had gone to Lube and Latte and another nearby shop to get an estimate for the repairs my car needed. Lube and Lattes estimate was about $800 less. They had also been recommended to me.They were very friendly and were nice enough to do both cv joints when I had only paid for the one that needed repair the most! I will definitely return to this shop for any future repairs!

My cousin from out of state was in town visiting and I recommended this place based on reviews. He got done at walmart for $39 for what he was quoted around $200. Hmmmmm

I have gone here thre times and I am less than impressed. Each time I have to take my truck some where else to fix something else that broke right after my visit. I dont think they are trying to create business, they are just careless. They fixed my wheel one day, and when I went out into the snow the following day, the wheel locked and sent me into a spin on the highway. I repeated this problem, proving that they never even test drive the truck. When I brought it back for repair, Josh the mechanic actually THREW the key on the counter and stormed out like a cry baby after rotating the tires. I still cant even get the hood to open from the last oil change there. They stopped giving a care and it shows.

We have been taking our cars here for years. We know we can trust them to fix what is wrong and not some other additional problems.When it comes time for major work, this is the shop we trust. We have done multiple timing bets, brakes, suspensions, a new clutch and more. On the few times we had issues (clutch felt too tight, for instance), things were straightened out right away.Dustin has also been a great help in better understanding our cars. Our multiple discussions has shown me he really cares about the long term care of his customers cars. This guy actually wants to help you drive a car that DOESNT break down!

So on the surface you are greeted with smiles, low prices, and coffee; seemingly great customer service... Guess again; like most places these guys are crooks and cheats.Payed almost around $170 for a premium synthetic oil change including air filter and tire rotation. I dont know how to check the tires myself so for all i know those could be good. HOWEVER... I took my impreza into a subaru dealership to have some other work done only a month after and they were alarmed by how dangerously dirty my oil and air filter was. Said i was close to possibly causing damage to my car, appears to have not bee changed in over a year.So to cut to the chase, these crooks a lube and latte took my money, and at risk to my hard earned automobile, did NOT change my oil and did NOT even give me a new air filter.Posting on here first and next is the B.B.BDo not go here or if you do instantly check their work before you leave the grounds. You have been warned.Im sure some employee will get on here and be all sorry for your experience but blah blah i wanna try to blame you somehow, im sure we could fix it now that we were caught red handed Too little to late if thats the case. a crook is a crook even if he tries to correct it after the fact.
