Jake from Ace Towing Enterprise responded to my AAA request for a flat tire. He was so kind, friendly, & made the entire experience so easy. He started to switch out my old tire when he realized there was a nail in my tire. He easily could have switched to my spare tire and called it a day but instead he took time out of his very busy day and so kindly offered to go fix my tire at the truck, fill it up with air, and put it back on my car. I had called for a tow at 5am and a guy told me it would take an hour. Waited outside in 16 degree weather for an hour and a half nothing happened. So I called back and I was told by Danielle there wasn’t a tow scheduled. She was very polite and had the issue resolved immediately. Within 20min Sol, the upbeat driver, was there to save my car and was very courteous. Despite the mishap for an hour and a half I will continue to call Ace because of the wonderful Danielle and Sol who assisted me very promptly. Thank you Danielle and Sol! My car is functioning properly and I am on the road again all within 3 hours .

We thought we were going to have our vehicle towed back home but when JACOB showed up he was able to fix our transmission cable and get our vehicle back on the road. I had gotten into an accident and asked police to call a towing company because I’ve never gotten into an accident like this before and was freaking out. One of the tow truck drivers was very rude to me while I was talking to my insurance trying to figure things out. When someone gets into an accident and you are called to help do not yell at the person who’s car is wrecked. I have very bad anxiety and I hate driving because others on the road can be pushy. The Tow truck driver, Caleb who took my car was very kind. Especially after his coworker yelled and made me cry even more than I had been. The last thing you expect after an accident is those helping you being rude to you.

This is the second time I’ve used Ace and they are hand’s-down the best. Honest and reliable. Today’s driver, Robert, was exceptional. Professional, extremely friendly and straight-forward. Why do I say honest? This was an AAA roadside assistance call. I had to pay for extra mileage. They accidentally double charged me and within 30 minutes called and gave me a refund. I can vouch for their sister business, Jewel Auto Body. Same owner, same ethics.

75 dollars is the price for a locksmith to come open your car door which is cheaper than just flat out calling a locksmith. Definitely a better deal and they have people Available to help. I didn’t use the service but the help was still appreciated.

The receptionist on the phone was amazing and when Todd the tow truck driver got to my vehicle, he asked me some questions about the vehicle and what it was doing, then instead of immediately hooking up my vehicle to tow, he figured out what was wrong with it and got me on my way! I had a great experience with Ace towing yesterday! The drive shaft on my Jeep snapped as I came home from a trip, and I was stuck. AAA called Ace Towing and they were there quickly. Brad got my car loaded up and towed it home for me. He was kind enough to show me where the damage was, and to what extent it might need to be fixed. He recommended two shops nearby that he has personal experience with. I was so impressed with the service and professionalism.

They do not know how to tow. They closed our neighborhood down by blocking off our only access while trying to figure out how to pull a truck out of a ditch.

We had a trailer that we needed to get towed. Our trailer is super wide and wouldn’t fit on the trailer bed so Rick went out of his way to buy a tool to be able to tow our trailer. He was very professional and safe, and we thought the prices were extremely reasonable for the task we had for him. Very happy with their service and Rick’s help.
