This indoor greenhouse is incredible! I love the microgreens, they are so flavorful and I can use them everywhere. I have started experimenting with microgreen slaws now! The live lettuce is fantastic too, it keeps for so long in the refrigerator and I am super happy that they dont have the usual iceberg lettuce, the red oakleaf is my favorite and the fact that the red romaine is baby red romaine adds a new twist to the flavor, it isnt anywhere as bitter as normal red romaine is. I am excited to see what new produce is to come, recently it seems that something is different almost every month.
