Best job Ive ever had, by far! People are brilliant, work is challenging but rewarding, and theres always an opportunity to raise a hand.
AdActions culture is the reason why its a great place to work and retains over 85% of its clients. The employees not only work to satisfy their clients, but they work to push their teammates to be the best, and thats where success comes from.
I made the mistake of hiring AdAction during the summer of 2016. Their solution is risky, their account team was difficult to work with, and my business was made to feel small and not a priority when I had complaints.I originally contracted AdAction to help grow the userbase of my mobile app in the US, a small startup with a limited budget. AdAction promised a superior offering here in the US. What in fact I received was traffic from developing countries, bots, kids holding guns, etc. Their solution feels risky – the traffic I received was not brand safe for my business. The beauty of digital marketing is that everything can be tracked. When I shared my concerns and screen shots of risky traffic with AdAction, my claims were ignored. They quickly stopped answering my emails, my requests to consult with senior management, my requests for a make-good etc. Instead I received a call from a Collections Agency threatening my personal credit for the next 10 years. The silver lining here is that I hired a new partner after this sour deal, and have been extremely pleased ever since; There are many better solutions in this industry and so I highly advise avoiding AdAction.
