The owner of the store was nice enough...but UHAUL itself is lacking. The truck was dirty inside the cabin and I rented 2 dollies, neither were there. I ended up having to rush to Lowes and buy o e for $90! Apparently there was a dollie shortage? Really? And the truck was NOT at the location I rented from. I had to drive 40 minutes away to pick it up...making me late for my movers. So much for convenience.

The individual that answered the phone at this location was incredible rude. Made no effort to help with the change in the pick up time that they had made. Every time we made an effort to discuss this with the owner he would speak over us and eventually hung up on us. When we tried to all back he would answer the phone, press several keys on the phone then hung up. NEVER, NEVER, Try to deal with this location. The UHaul representative helped us to locate a vehicle but the people at this lactation should not be allowed to represent this company. They are RUDE and CONFRONTATIONAL. FIND ANOTHER LOCATION and save yourself the headache.

Wont accept my trailer. We had to search for another location 😓
