This is THE CUTEST lil all things sewing shop. It is locally family owned. They service a wide variety of sewing machines and have all types of fabrics. They are very friendly. I highly recommend.

This is a fantastic place for quilting and assistance needed! They have their own finishers! It’s packed in a small duplex type of house and it’s easy to miss. They sell all types of notions, gorgeous batiks, array of plaids, pastels, and more.

I could spend the whole day here. They have so many patterns and Jessica is so friendly

The Cotton Cupboard is my favorite place to find the perfect fabric for my projects. Jessica and her daughter are always so helpful when my friend and I rent Polly or now Molly to quilt our completed projects. I never thought I would be able to quilt using a long arm machine, but they make me look like a pro! If you havent been there you must go spend a few hours wandering around the shop. I guarantee you will find something special you cant live without

They have been helpful and not pushy about upselling my purchases, offering only things they think I will really use, and not trying to get me to buy things they dont think I absolutely need. That is a really big deal when you are talking about the difference of hundreds of dollars.Come to this store. I know youll love it.

Fantastic fabric selection. Jessica and her staff provide excellent customer service and a broad range of products and classes.

Our mom insisted that her serger was leaking oil after an incident where a needle hit a button and broke the needle. Not knowing a thing about sergers (or sewing), be brought the serger to Austin (from Iowa) with us, took it in and told them the story. We left it with them to be checked out. They called us saying that they had been completely through the machine, checked it out, used it and couldnt find anything wrong with it and that it works great! I brought up the leaking oil issue with them and the gentleman calmly explained to me that a serger is not like a car...you dont put oil into it, so he wasnt able to replicate any type of same/similar situation and the serger is fine. We appreciated their honesty, the way we spoke to us about the serger since we know NOTHING about sewing and their integrity. I dont remember exactly how much we were charged (its been a while), but it was roughly $25.00 or so and they made sure everything was operating properly.
