Dr. Richards is awesome! She took the time to listen to my concerns and what I hope to accomplish, and she thoroughly explained all the options she thought were a good fit. I was very comfortable talking with her. I will be back!

I recently went to Westlake Dermatology for diagnosis and treatment of a pre-cancerous spot on my nose. Not wanting to take any chances after having Mohs surgery 5years ago, I was quick to make an appointment at the first sign of something abnormal. Dr. Conroy and her staff were awesome. They were efficient, got me in just minutes after my arrival at the Lakeway location, zapped my nose with liquid nitrogen, and I was on my way home. Could not have been more pleased with the whole visit. I would highly recommend Westlake Dermatology to friends and family. In the event you need Mohs surgery, Dr. Chern is amazing.

I went in for a skin exam. Dr. Richards was extremely informative, knowledgeable and friendly. She and their excellent staff made the experience very pleasant and comfortable (almost enjoyable) :-).

The staff were very polite and professional. I did not have to wait very long at all until I was seen by Dr. Conroy. She spent quite a lot of time with me examining me and answering my questions. Her attention to detail was very reassuring to me.

Dr. Lowe is awesome! Its rare to find someone that is passionate about what they do and truly cares. Ive had painful skin issues with my feet and hands for the last 3 years. In a very short time, Im almost back to normal! To me, this is a miracle! I highly recommend Dr. Lowe. My visits are always quick and the staff is always kind and courteous. Westlake Dermatology is a great place with a terrific staff. They always welcome you with a smile, are professional, and efficient. Dr. Melinda Conroy, in my opinion, is the best dermatologist in the Austin area. I have been going to her for several years. Spend a lot of time in the sun. She is at the top of her profession, is great at identifying potential skin problems, and solving them. One of the best doctors I have ever seen.

I saw Dr. McGee at the Lakeway location. From the initial phone call to set up my appointment to the moment I walked in the door, I had very a very pleasant customer service experience. I was quickly taken to the back and the lady which I forget her name, was very thorough and patient with me. She answered all the questions I had and then got Dr. McGee. Dr. McGee was knowledgeable and i left there feeling good about my upcoming procedure. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and allowing my worries to diminish.

At Westlake Dermatology, you get easy access to scheduling and once there Dr Mindy Conroy is fun, professional and thorough. Have been going to her for several years now to stay one step ahead of skin melanomas and shes kept me being able to go outside to fish, hunt and ski - the things I like to do. Shes the best.

Dr Lowe is EXCELLENT and very thorough which is so important with so many skin cancers these days. She took her time and explained any questions we had. We NEVER felt hurried or rushed---though I am sure I may have taken too much of her time. Dr. Lowe also treated my son in law while he was visiting last summer. He awoke with very swollen, red and painful area on his forehead. Dr Lowe saw him THAT DAY and all healed quickly. I cant recommend enough Dr Lowe and the entire staff at Westlake Dermatology .

I cannot say enough good things about Westlake Dermatology Lakeway! I have had several visits for some minor surgery (more health-related than aesthetic) so had some worries. Dr Conroy and Dr Geddes have been professional, knowledgeable, forthright and re-assuring. Their Physician Assistants, Whitney and Melanie, are also top-knotch, knowledgeable, kept me apprised as we went along and both have a comforting demeanor. The front staff is wonderful: acknowledged me at first entering, knew my name and what I was there for ... without me even having to introduce myself. I took my 17 year old to his second appointment with Dr. Lela at the Lakeway location. I thought we would have two easy procedures that removed scar tissue from his leg and a strange mole on his shoulder, but both pathology reports require additional samples and testing. Dr. Lela was very caring and detailed in explaining the current pathology reports and what the next steps are going to be. Shes thorough, and so reassuring through a scary process (more for me than my son!). Im SO grateful for her excellent care and the terrific staff at the Lakeway Westlake Dermatology!
