Memorial Day weekend, I wake up on Saturday and walking through the living room I notice that the in floor electrical outlets in the wood floors are sizzling and smoking. After carefully looking, each one had six inches of water in them. I shut off the water to the house, called the insurance company and about 10 minutes later I get a call from Tres Davis, the owner of The Steamery ATX. He arrives to our house in Spicewood about 30 minutes later, starts the remediation of the water that had leaked from a split ice maker hose, cuts out the sheet rock and has dryers and dehumidifiers running to save our cabinets. He explained the entire process, worked with our insurance company and sent his team out to re-install the sheet rock and paint while we await the coverage estimate to have the wood floors replaced. Excellent quality work by he and his team. Very conscientious, knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend The Steamery ATX.

We had the Steamery come out and clean the carpet and tile at our office. We get a lot of traffic, and it was getting pretty dirty. They did a great job and everything looks a lot better. They were easy to work with and they were able to come after hours so it didnt interfere with our day to day customers. We are now setup to have quarterly maintenance cleaning at a great price. Looking forward to having a reliable and quality cleaning company to work with.

Very disappointed with this company. Never showed up. Was scheduled at 9am, their first clean of the day. When I called they didn’t have me on the schedule, then told me they needed to change the truck out and would show up around 10:15. I rearranged my day for this and wasn’t even given the curtesy of a phone call. I’m all for giving local companies my business but not this one.

This company is literally the best! Very honest, fast response time, kind, highly knowledgable, great communication, and basically handled my situation very professionally and quickly. I had a pipe break and flood my bathroom and 2 bedrooms. I got home from work at 9pm and there was a lot of water and must have been running all day. I called the Steamery and they had a crew there in 15 minutes that started getting the water out. I didnt really know what needed to be done cause I had never had a flood but they explained the process very well and I felt comfortable with everything. They were in touch and communicated with my insurance company the whole time and my insurance paid for everything. Not a fun situation for me but they did a great job and were very professional.

Tres is a conscientious person who is willing to help. These are great qualities to have in a business owners. I would definitely do business with The Steamery ATX.

I had The Steamery come out to clean my carpets and they did a very good job. My dog had a few accidents in my living room that were pretty bad. They cleaned the carpet and all the pet stains were gone. I was not expecting it to go away completely since we have white carpet but I cant tell where the stains were now. I really liked that they had some contraption that sealed off my door and just had a small flap at the bottom to run their hoses through. That was a really nice touch that kept the bugs out and my dog in. Will definitely refer them to friends and neighbors.

They did a great job on my carpet and tile! They were on time and very professional. I was a little worried since I had a bad experience before with another company changing the price in the middle of the job. They Steamery quoted me a price over the phone and stuck with it. Very good experience and will use them again.

Im a property manager for a large apartment complex, and we started using the steamery for all of our units about 6 months ago. They have been so great to work with! They dont tack on a bunch of extras to the bill after quoting a lowball price (sound familiar?) They tell us a price and they stick with it, which is not always the case with our past cleaners. Their employees are so courteous and wear uniforms, and their trucks look professional. We appreciate a professional, well-run company on our property. The Steamery ATX is an excellent new business in the Bee Cave area. We received a a flyer in the mail and decided to give them a try. Tres Davis came by this afternoon -- in a driving rainstorm no less -- and cleaned all the carpets in our house. The job was clean, quick, and efficient, which was really important because our dog had decided to use my sons bedroom for the backyard. Tres cleaned up the stains and used some sort of enzyme product to eliminate the smell in the room. The carpets (especially the one in my sons room) look and smell like new. Well be using The Steamery ATX in the future for these types of jobs, and we would definitely recommend this service to anyone who needs carpet care.
