Our business purchased a Surety Bond through Craig Straube at his office on RR 620. He completed the bond paperwork and one of our employees picked it up. A few days later, we realized Craig had issued the bond on a form from a different government agency. A mistake, no big deal. But, Craig denied any responsibility for his mistake, and just told us I dont make any money on those, so good luck to you out there. Mistakes are made, it is how you handle them that tells what kind of business you run. Craig Straube showed that $100 was more important to him that doing business the honest and honorable way. Beware.
