The dump sites are open even if the water treatment facility is not. It is very easy to access and there are 2 dump sites. Be warned - Google will try to take you to the Lakeville fire dept! Go around the corner by the light and youll see the typical rv dump sign.

Very clean RV dump station with 2 dump stations. Cant beat the price of FREE.

Two black tank dump stations available. Never had to share a session though. Basic water only, no garbage cans. Not sure if water is potable so we dont winterize here. But the area is always clean and the service is free.
