Way more effort and technique than a lot of agents. Very familiar with the south-of-the-river burbs.She sold a friend and neighbors house last year in less than a week that a previous agent couldnt sell in 3 months. Then she sold another friend and neighbors house for full list in just a few weeks.She found my father-in-law (70s) a town home that he loves. And he is a moderately picky guy...and got what he wanted.Now she sold our house. She finally got to work for us! Sold it in 18 days, full list, in a value market where the average time on market is at least 6-8 weeks. Told us what to do, we did it, cha-ching!Then on moving day, she loaded her SUV and made a storage run to help us out, then performed manual labor (broom-type) while we loaded.There are a LOT of agents out there that I am sure are excellent.
