Reception staff very friendly and happy to help/answer questions. Phone etiquette very professional. Therapist is amazing. Very comfortable environment. Would recommend highly.

Be a bit cautious.. They are great at first but when you really need some guidance the therapist( atleast the one my family member had) will not call you back. This is not the right profession to not call people back.

Treatment was good but 4 years later I received a bill stating we had unpaid visits. I no longer have that bank account to prove payment. I never heard a word from them until now. Shows me they’re unorganized.

Been going there for almost four years and not have once experience an issue with this clinic, very super nice people something like that could bring a smile to anyones face.

I have been working with a therapist at this location that I have enjoyed working with. I would recommend the Lakeville location. I was disappointed they did not have an available psychiatrist at this location. I ended up going to MMH Eagan clinic, which I would not recommend.Only thing I would say overall that is a bummer is the lack of technology. There is no way to communicate with them via app/internet.
