Meghan, Alejandro and entire team got us back on the road late on a Sunday following a holiday and were determined to do so!! Incredible customer service - we were stranded off the highway and stressed 😥 our upper radar hose blew out and we were running on hope. They offered a tow, went out of their way to source the part and got us back on the road same day! Incredible! Highly recommend. Good people exist.

Trailering our horse, a trailer tire went bad. We pulled in and they were already trying to figure out what they had to help out. Meghan and her team got the tires swapped out and got me back on the road in no time. It was just before closing but they had no problem making sure I was taking care of. Very good customer service.

You get a better price if you shop online and buy tires here schedule an appointment then you do if walk in store?? I got a great price but the gave me my truck back with the low tire pressure light on.

If you spend $900 on new tires in 4 months one of them goes flat. That should be covered. They said I was covered for $33 off of my $200 charge to fix it. Never felt more robbed in my life I will never be getting tires from pep boys anywhere again

They didnt sabotage my car, but definitely got to me with the excellent customer service. Im from Washington down here on a business trip and Im used to good, honest car repair and was dreading the fact I needed to take my car in while out of state. I was very pleased to find Carlos and his crew. They got me in and out in a little over an hour for my coolant leak. If Im ever in the area again, I will not hesitate to come in this store. Have had flat tire issues a couple times and instead of trying to sell me new tires they checked the tires to see if they could ne patched first. Came in first time had 2 leaking tires patched both tires for only $10, saved me a bundle not having to replace yhe items with new onesOil changes are quick and reasonable price especially if you belong to pronouns which is free to sign up for and saves me $ every time I go there

I was taken aback at first upon seeing the place. A Pep boys with no store attached? But went in anyway, and Im glad I did. Tom was cheerful and helpful from the start. After hearing about my problems, he brought Morgan the tech in to hear about them in person. Half an hour latrr, we knew what needed to be done. 45 minutes after that I was back on the road with a well behaved car again. Thank you to the team at this store, for the service, and for the feeling of having a neighborhood mechanic again.

First time at this location, needed to get my rear suspension checked out, all the staff did a great job answering my questions and getting me what i needed! Will def come to this location again :)

After the Santee Pep Boys dropped the ball with terrible customer service I called the Lakeside Pep Boys. Carlos the manager was able to fit me in to get my brakes done and at a great price! Excellent customer service! Would recommend this place they know what they are doing and they actually care about their customers and work really hard to make them happy!

This place is OK for general maintenance like oil changes and such but dont come here for any repairs. I was told that my cooling system needed its hoses replaced which wasnt the case at all. They said theyd have to order them and it would cost me hundreds of dollars for the parts and service. I went to Lakeside Radiator down the street and they fixed the real problem which was just the leaks by replacing the clamps, saving me hundreds of dollars I wouldve spent on unnecessary parts and service. I wouldnt recommend anyone come here again unless its really basic auto maintenance and not repair.

Absolutely robbery. I only wanted an AC eval (49.99..and fluid leak eval...34.99). I come back and I have a bill for 460.21. they didnt call or tell me. They replaced parts for the AC.. did a eval on part they replaced, a performance​ check.. charged me 107 bucks to remove and replace a blower resistor (I can do that in 15 min). I only wanted to know what was wrong so I could go get the parts and do it myself and these Yahoos went and did everything themselves. Luckily I showed up there because I havent heard anything from them for almost 3 hours and they were writing up the report. They had the steering pump and hose written in there.. an extra 500 some bucks. Like I said. All I wanted was two evals.. nothing more and they start going through and replacing.. adding things that I could of done myself. I was so disgruntled I just bit the bullet paid and walked out.

Terrible, dont come here. Ive been here multiple times and they always disappoint. Charged me for attempting to do a job. Told me they couldnt do it but they tried so I still had to pay, like seriously ? Might as well have gone somewhere else that could have done it. Then they replaced a gasket on my engine because it was leaking a bit. Took it home and had a puddle of oil. Then took it again so they can fix it. Took my car to get 2 tires replaced. They changed a tire on my front right and rear left and left it like that. Obviously new tires should be together on either the front or rear. So had to go back and tell them to change it. Every time Ive gone I had to go back. Very unprofessional, definitely recommend going somewhere else.

Went to get my tired aired up, they did it incorrectly. Didnt fill them up at all and said they were fine. Went somewhere else and they were all more than 7lbs under.

Nice location and employees. The place wasnt very busy in the morning during the week.

Very very poor customer service, left my tire to be fixed was told at most an hour and a half wait I was in a time crunch and after two hours I finally called them and was told they didnt have any more patches to fix tires. This they knew shortly after I left but didnt bother to call. Worst experience I have ever had with any type of business.

I just went in for an alignment and they tried to sell me parts I just had replaced elsewhere. Then refused to do the alignment and still charged me for an inspection.
