I had a haircut with Chelsea a couple months ago which was great. Loved the way she cut and she was very personable. Tried to make another appointment recently and she never returned any of my phone calls. I find this very unprofessional even if she doesnt want my business.

Ginger does my color and highlights. She cuts to accommodate the fact that I want to wash and go without alot of styling required. She is helpful in selecting colors when I want to get adventurous.

Rebecca did a fabulous job with my daughter and I. Who knew I had curly hair?! She showed me my hair’s natural beauty. I’m 46 years old and no one has ever shown me this. Thank you! I’ll be back for sure.

Highly recommend! I was accidentally 10 minutes late to my appointment and they were so gracious and accommodating. Absolutely love my cut and color! I had Rebecca and she was professional, friendly, and obviously knew what she was doing. Sometimes I have a hard time explaining what I want, but she seemed to read my mind and did just what I wanted. Definitely a place to return to!________________It’s been 4 weeks since my visit to Reflections and I feel the need to come back and drop my review from a 5-star to a 3-star. First of all, the rose gold highlights I asked for washed out within 2 washes even though my stylist hinted that I could expect them to last about 6 weeks. After spending $200 (including tip), this was a huge disappointment for me. I’m now left with bleached highlights that aren’t at all what I was hoping for. However, the worst part is: the texture of my hair is totally different. I have always had extremely fine hair that brushes out easily; I’ve never had to use conditioner/rinse and could sometimes go days without brushing my hair because my hair just wouldn’t get tangled. Now all of a sudden my hair is extremely matted and very hard to brush out. I spend significant time in the shower trying to work the conditioner through all the tangles, but it doesn’t help; I still spend about an hour combing out the matts. I’m not sure what chemicals they use for the color treatment but it ruined the texture of my hair. Maybe this is a problem unique to my hair but it’s been a very disappointing experience for me. While I at first was very pleased with the results I got, I’ve been disappointed ever since. But I want to reiterate that everyone I talked to was friendly and professional and seemed to work hard.

The staff were very courteous and personable. I finally got my haircut after 4 months of quarinteen!

My 2 daughters and I just walked in and got lucky to all be seen. Got our hair done with the works each used a different gal and top notch for sure. We are also getting tans, makeup and hair done for my daughter wedding coming up and the gal is coming to us😀🙌😇. And dont get me started about pricing amazing !! !😱😇❤We have friends that have seen our hair and love it there like please do tell. So I highly recommend them any gal. Great atmosphere and people

I go here for Malisa and she always gets my hair right every single time and shes so easy to work with and isnt afraid to give me suggestions on what to do with my hair which is great given Im hopeless when it comew to hair. Ive had people think I style my hair because the layers just rest so well but really Im too lazy to style it my haircut just makes it look great for me.

My husband & I travel full time in our motorhome, and arrived at Lakeside in Jan. 2019, we both needed Haircuts, and pedicures. So I did a Google search hair and pedicures, so we could avoid the shops that Only Do NAILS. Since this shop also provided Spa treatments, and their website showed a group photo of the hair dressers. So I called and the owner answered the phone, & very politely she accommodated us with an appt. so we could come together and leave together. Samantha and Rebecca were very pleasant to us with rotating our Pedicures, and haircuts, and they both did great work. Since we were well pleased we set up our Feb appt that same day, with Samantha and Rebecca again. We also got to visit with the owner, and I explained that I found them online, and that their group photo on their website showed was how I selected their salon, besides my hair & pedicure Google search.
