Took my trailer that I bought last year to the shop because it had a taillight that wasnt working. They looked up when I purchased it and then replaced the entire light free of charge. The guy that did the work dropped what he was doing and fixed my problem without making me wait. Everyone one i spoke with was friendly and helpful. I like that kind of service. Ill be back!

Highly disappointed. One nice guy there offered us pizza. The other guy said maybe you should open your own business if you think making an axle is easy. They had the square tube and spindles right there. No drop. No brakes. Yet they couldnt build the axle. Special order. A week and a half. Fortunately I found a place in Corona that builds axles, same day. As a customer, I expect a better attitude and better service from professionals. The shop in Corona made it clear, my expectations were not unreasonable.

Have pretty good stock of trailer parts on hand at decent prices... paid for 20ft of carpet, found out they gave me 13ft. When i returned the carpet the guy implied that I was being dishonest before giving my money back. Great customer service buddy, I will spend elsewhere next time.

Had a custom trailer built for a 28 powerboat. They paid careful attention to the details we worked out for lighting, brakes, bunks, etc and delivered a great trailer, on-time, built right. FE fit the bunks to the boat, adjusted the tongue weight and we were off. Just towed 3300 miles on 2 lanes, highways, mountain passes, and launched in several locations with zero issues. This is an excellent trailer builder, they care about their work, they want it to be right.The trailer is galvanized, all tube construction, and has electric/hydraulic brakes, all stainless fasteners and LED lights with heat shrink connectors. Boat is safely back in Midwest, thanks to the team at FE Trailers.

Terrible experience. We were sold a trailer to custom fit our boat (which they had on site) and 8 days later it still wasnt finished and didnt even fit. Very disappointed with the transaction way it was handled - absolutely no customer service or communication of the delay and fit problems, but at the very least am glad they refunded our deposit.

Sound great. I just called FE to get some info on fixing/modifying my sailboats trailer, and they were very helpful/knowlegable. It sounds like a top notch place, which I definitely plan on bringing my trailer in for the work. Ill update after my service/One other note: It appears that another local trailer business D&D posted all three of there own reviews, which folks should flag and discourage from happening on here.

Great folks. They stock a full line of parts at reasonable prices to breathe new life into your old trailer if youre not ready for them to build you a new one.
