First off I want to say how easy it is to get ahold of a live person at Precision Temperature. When you call someone answers right away who can help you. About 100 times better than dealing with Best Buy, Costco, or any other big box type store.Precision came out when they said, did a good job, at a fair price. We had a mini-split unit installed. The team doing the install was wonderful! They were professional, answered all of our questions (my husband had MANY questions), and even remembered our dogs names and which ones were which. Jonny and his entire crew did a fantastic job. They arrived on time and immediately set out protective sheeting for our cabinets and floors. This was my second time using Precision Temperature for AC repair and maintenance. Im extremely pleased with the work that was performed. My first repair in October 2020 was by a technician named Carlos and my second repair was in May 2021 by a technician named Marco. Both technicians took the time to explain in detail what the issues were, how the system is supposed to function, and what it would take to repair. I really appreciated them taking the time to answer all of my questions above and beyond. Both were extremely professional, respectful and on time. They also completed the work quickly and correctly, spending extra time making sure everything was secured, sealed and protected. On my second repair, I needed an entire new breaker box for my AC. Marco did a great install and it really looked nice when it was finished. He even made sure it was properly sealed and within code. I have been extremely satisfied with both repairs and will continue to use Precision Temperature exclusively for my HVAC needs thanks to Carlos and Marcos extreme professionalism, attention to detail and the knowledge they provided me as a homeowner. Bree was also great at taking my appointment request and answering all my my questions and concerns, she was very friendly and helpful and did her best to find me the earliest appointment possible.

One of my commercial fridges conked out and my usual fridge repair company wasnt available to come out quickly so I called Precision and Shane came out the next day. He did a great job diagnosing multiple issues and pointed out the dangers of bad repair jobs from the past. He ended up installing a new compressor and thermostat and I couldnt have been more pleased with his work. He was professional and super informative! He gave me advice on preventative maintenance on all of my equipment and even diagnosed an issue with our HVAC! I dont think there is anything Shane cant do! Precision Temp is now our go to for all of our repairs!

Callahan was out to replace my old thermostat with a smart thermostat. He made sure to cover up where the old thermostat was at so we didnt have to repaint. We had an issue with one of our Perp Tables that was a E2 notification so we called around to see who could get here and take a look at the table. I am a small hot dog shop in Carmel Mountain named Duffs Doggz. I really cant be down a Perp Table so Precision Temperature sent out the a technician named Shane Wax who came in and told me that we had a bad sensor and it should be an easy fix the hard part would be replacing it which could take awhile to get it all done. Well to make a long store short it turned out not to be the sensor and Shane was determined to fine out what was going on with my perp table. I had a long line of customers and he told me do what I need to do and he would keep working on the problem. It turned out to be the main controller and he stayed and got it replaced and was not up set about how busy we got and having to get out of our way as we made our dogs. He got the table back up and running like new and glad he stuck around to make sure it was working properly. Floor Furnace. Finding someone to work on floor furnaces is very difficult. I got bids from 5 companies, 3 of which came out and charged me for an estimate then said they did not work on Floor furnaces, but wanted to sell me a new HVAC system or install a wall heater. Neither of which was what I wanted and did not fit our Historical home. After three frustrating weeks of searching, I called Precision Temperature. The call taker had to to find someone in their staff who could do the work, as floor furnaces are rare. The tec they sent out, Carlos M, was was on time, respectful, very professional and provided a fair price and a plan that worked for me. Every person I have spoken with at P.T. was very nice, professional and service oriented. I am very impressed, kind of shocked actually. Great group of people. I have sent their contact info to several friends who have also had trouble finding good HVAC service. Kyle H and his assistant Adrian did an excellent job. They had a bit of a challenge and got the job done in a timely manner. Fit and finish was perfect and my home and yard were left spotless as if they were never there.

We had very good service from Admon Yousif, and the recharge of one of our two compressor units seemed to work. We will find out in time if this is adequate for our needs. It recharge seemed to allow the refrigerator unit to provide a lower temperature by about 10 degrees to minus 30 F. Tests will come in a day or two with our own theromistor readings.

I am a worker at Baskin Robbins, and Marco came in to service our freezers. He is an excellent worker! I would recommend Marco for sure.

Had central air installed in my house in PB. This was a brand new install, so all the duct work and everything had to get done in a VERY tight space. These guys pulled it off for at a really good price point. The lead tech, Dalton, and his partner were super cool as well. Felt very comfortable having them in our home, and knew they were delivering a high quality install. Definitely recommend these guys!

Carlos came to service our HVAC. He was polite, friendly and courteous. Was transparent about our HVAC system and I especially appreciated his reassurance our CO levels were acceptable.

Precision Temperature was able to provide quick service on a three day weekend at a reasonable price. Admon Yousif arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. He also notice that the condenser fan was running backwards, something that was original to the installation 10 years ago. He didnt have the correct part to fix the fan correctly, but came up with a suitable work around to carry us until the next day when he returned with the correct part and fixed the problem. I would highly recommend this company for any air conditioning problems as I will use them for any future problems that I may have.

We had a bad circuit board in a 40 year old furnace. Sam Crawford and Albert Bernal diagnosed the problem, found a compatible new board, and installed it all in the same morning. They also found and fixed a faulty pilot light and had the furnace running properly. They did a great job. I highly recommend Precision Temperature.

Had Shane out to perform annual service on our Scotsman commercial ice machine. Both Shane and Bree where a pleasure to deal with and exceeded my expectations with every step of the process from bidding the work, scheduling the appointment and completing the service. I will certainly use them again for future projects.

Charges $400/hour to replace a compressor. They tell you they charge 85/hr for labor. Nope!!3h labor compressor replacement, you will get $1200 bill + parts lmao. Do NOT trust their hourly rate, its all a joke. Calculate how many hours this fool spend and prepare to pay at least $250-400/hr for their time. Use this company if you wanna get rip off LOL

Tech came out and repaired AC in my rental during this crazy heat! Found a wire nibbled by critter to cause a short, repaired two components, was safe with Covid protection and emailed a detailed receipt. I’m very satisfied!

Came in and felt the heat as soon as they came into my store. Quickly accessed the situation and quickly got the issue resolved. Checked to see if my unit was under warranty before they started to work on my unit. Would definitely recommend these guys any work needed on your AC unit
