Had a new drainfield installed. The overall service  was an A+. From start to finish.Everything was well planned & scheduled a few weeks out but when the time came for service they were very prepared. I was like wowed by the way everything was tore out and replaced! Averetts crew was very organized and worked so efficiently. Great time management and was  ready for the next step through the whole process!I have never been more pleased with a service company. The whole crew deserves credit for this job!! I can’t say enough good things about the experience I had with Averett today. Late morning Saturday my wife comes out to the garage to inform me that all drains are backing up, nearly losing my mind because it is the weekend I called Averett. The phone number went to an actual employee and not a call service, dispatch was able to get Billy out to my home later that afternoon. Billy arrived right on time, located the septic in seconds and reviewed all possible scenarios. As luck would have it my tank was just VERY full. Billy went straight to work and my plumbing was up and functioning properly in no time. Billy was courteous and professional, a great representative for his company. The charge was slightly greater than a regular pump because it was the weekend but I without a doubt got my money’s worth. Started noticing our drains were slowly draining and knew we were about to have some septic issues! Being fairly new to Florida, I asked a coworker who to use for septic pumping and possible repairs. They gave a business name and called them. They told me they were about a week or so out but recommend Averett. That was very nice of them so I called Averett. Glad I did! I called Monday afternoon and they were out Wednesday morning at the time they said they would be here. Scott showed up and I told him the problems I was having. He got to work immediately and found the location of both septic tanks. Fixed a clogged pump, cleaned out a full tank, inspected the other tank and cleaned out the filter and made sure everything was working properly. Scott was extremely professional and answered all my questions. The cost was less than what was originally quoted when I called. (The office personnel were extremely nice and professional also! Talked to a real person the entire time and not a machine) I added an extension lid to the tank to make it easier to clean in the future. Price was right and Scott was able to save me some money. Highly recommend Averett for anyone needing septic service! I will definitely use them again and put their number in my phone in case of an emergency! Called to get a quote to have someone come look at my septic outlet. Greg was kind and patient on the phone asking me clarifying questions to not have me waste money to with having an agent come out. We figured somethings out, he referred me to someone that would actually help because of it not being a service the company provided. This company save my day, I had an appointment with Affordable Septic Services today at 10 but they never show up, I call them to make sure they were coming they confirmed theyll be there at 1pm but called and cancel because of the rain mind you we have no rain. I call Averett they told me they be here between 2 and 4, he show up at 2:20. He was very professional, explain everything to me, and also make sure everything work before he leaves. I am very pleased with his work.

Im a tough critic, but there was noting to criticize about my experience with Averett Septic. From my initial phone call to a knowledgeable Saundra, to the follow up call from dispatcher Greg, to Johnny showing up at my door, everyone was top notch. Saundra quoted a fair job estimate with an understandable extra fee for my location in East Polk. Greg called saying I would receive same day service. Johnny called when he was on his way. Showed up on time. Clean, nice looking truck. Driver was super-nice. Worked hard on my specific situation - a two hour job. Explained everything as he went along. Yard was put back like it was found. Called Averitt in desperate need of having my septic tank pumped and filter unclogged. They answered the phone before 7am and had someone at my home by noon. Awesome service. I have had Averett come out three different times. One for a pump, one for installing risers, and most recently to replace the main line going from my cleanout to the tank. Each visit, they were on time and friendly. They do the job the right way and dont over charge you.

The man that came was real nice, sonny was very kind d and worked me In to a full scheduled day for my emergency pump. I had a bad experience with another company the day before and Averett made it right and took care of me. My tank got pumped sealed and covered back up in a timely manner. The staff was really friendly and professional. They quickly diagnosed my problem and repaired my septic tank and a broken top that caused a huge hole to open up in my backyard. Since the repair, everything has been working fine and no more hole. The price we paid was reasonable. I would hire them again for future work.

Easy to contact & set up an appointment for the next day. Tech arrived early and explained what was going on. He fixed a clog that had us backed up for a while & emptied our tank. He even explained how to operate our pump (new home owners) He was very professional and informative. Thank you Alex!

Wish I could give less than 1 star. Drain field blew out after 5 days! Flooded my shop!They came out and filled it with more sand.Drain field blew out in the same spot less than 2 months later! Shop flooded again!No one wants to take blame. Says I have to put it on my insurance! Their faulty install!Not happy at all!!!

Charged me three times which resulted in my bank account begin over drawn $1500. They processed one credit but not the other. They wasnt me to wait a few days. Really? I have bills coming out that are going to bounce because of their mistake. I asked if they could bring a check by so I can make my car payment. Secretary said she would call me back. Nothing! $2100 mistake. Why should I continue to wait and pay for it?

We had a great experience! We proceeded with a full replacement with septic tank and drain field. Quick turn around time (job completed within a month) with obtaining the permit and we had no issues during the installation. Jerome was great and answered all my questions. We had gotten a few other quotes that were within price range but chose them since we were most comfortable with them. 1st call was awful, the 1st guy didnt know what he was doing or didnt want to do anything. Called the guy in charge (Supervisor) because they charge me for a service and didnt do anything. 2nd guy was great. He knew how everything works and fixed it very quick. He explain to me how things should work, sometimes is not about the money but how the work is done.

Fantastic service ... ok so I have this nice system put in by these friendly people, last year, from Averett Septic Tanks and I probably overloaded the system by having a huge party of over 100 people. Well with the party or without the party it was about the time for a 6 month maintenance check. There is an alarm and A red light that goes on if there are any problems. So the red light does go on along with the alarm and I give them a call and they tell me very easily how to just switch it off. Then they came out in with 24 hours of my call and checked the system out. The filter was dirty and was cleaned and I didnt have any down time from the experience. The guy that came out was Sonny and he walked me thru what he was doing and also explained how the whole system works. A real friendly guy that represents their company well.
