The owner of the Property Shoppe Dawna was instrumental in helping us purchase a property that was not currently on the market. Dawna and her staff personally went above and beyond by getting to know us and outside of the box thinking to contacting the owner.I personally dont believe that any other realtor would have been able to achieve what Dawna and her staff did with the property I was interested in purchasing. For example, I contacted Dawna out of the blue on November 11, 2020 with this crazy idea of purchasing this property that was not listed.Dawna quickly went into action and found a way to contact the seller. Within less than two weeks or November 23, 2020, I had a signed contract with the seller. The contract included special timing that both the seller and I wanted. Dawna skillfully represented both the seller and myself for this transaction.After several weeks of me calling Dawna through the inspection period, both day and night, and I truly mean day and night, a final deal was struck and we purchased the property on January 22, 2021. Dawna managed to help the seller and myself close and walk away very happy.Dawna never hesitated in offering multiple options for things we needed, such as, mortgage lenders, inspectors, locksmiths, roofers, etc., you name it, Dawna had contacts.I honestly thought that Dawna would have gotten frustrated with all of our what ifs but she was a champ. We truly cant say enough for everything Dawna and her staff did to ensure that this purchase was made possible.Now that this purchase is behind us, Dawna is now going to help us sell our current home so we can get moved into our new home. We love ya Dawna and we are so excited for what comes next. YOU ROCK!

I do not recommend using Michele Nunez, real estate agent at The Property Shoppe of Central Florida. She and her husband own a property on Lake Point Drive in Lakeland that has been left abandoned- they have refused to address serious code violations since September, not returned phone calls from parents concerned for their childrens safety, and she clearly doesn’t care about the quality of the neighborhoods in our community. (See images) I believe her treatment of this home is indicative of her overall character and I would not trust her in the search for real estate investments. Ive been trying to reach Michele and Robert since October and their unaddressed county code violations are from SEPTEMBER! I would dissuade anyone considering becoming Michele’s client and/or tenant because she does not properly maintain her rental properties and Im sure requesting repairs would be a nightmare! She has left the safety of the children in this neighborhood at risk. Shame on you Michele and Robert!

Ruben Vega was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. He demands items in the middle of escrow from the seller or the deal is done. Buyer with my transaction were also very unhappy with his scare tactics. I hope people do NOT USE THE PROPERTY SHOPPE OF CENTRAL FLORIDA. Ruben is a terrible agent.

I do not recommend using Shaleena Garland. We sold our house to her client. In the weeks heading up to closing she was unresponsive and refused to answer calls. She could only text our agent and usually after repeated attempts to talk to her and text. She repeatedly lied about her client’s status with the process and has negatively impacted our ability to close on our new house and has infuriated our seller with her unprofessionalism. Do not use her. If I could, I’d give her 0 stars out of 10. She’s a joke. Thanks for screwing over two families Shaleena. Make sure if you sell your house you ask for a high deposit from them because she’s the definition of a flake. Two other prominent realtors have that same opinion who have worked with her.

Unfortunately, this is an extremely disappointing, but necessary post. Recently, Bob, Michelle, Diego, Nick, and Carmen Nunez finished their home and moved in full time to the Lake Point Drive neighborhood. The Lake Point neighborhood is vibrant with young children of all ages. For the past six months, Nick and Diego have recklessly sped up and down the streets of Lake Point Drive during site visits to their home construction site and since moving in full time. Myself, my wife, along with other concerned neighbors have pleaded with them to slow down on multiple occasions. Their responses are sarcastic and dismissive, without change. What’s more disheartening, are the parents Rob and Michelle’s lack of response and actions after several occasions.After several months of no action from Rob and Michelle, a potentially fatal accident was avoided yesterday. Nick Nunez was speeding at a high rate around the cul-de-sac and hit our neighbor’s brick mailbox head on. Not only was Nick speeding, as he’s done for several months, the police confiscated drugs from Nick at his home. This was after Nick hit the mailbox and left the scene of the accident. Classic hit and run case in which the Polk County Sherriff had to track him down at his house. Thank goodness no one was killed or injured. Children play in this area every day, throughout the day. This is very alarming for a parent with young children.Nearly (24) hours later, the bricks and cinder blocks are still in the road and in my neighbors’ yard. Rob and Michelle have not cleaned up the mess left by their son, Nick. This speaks volume of their lack of character and accountability. To leave the mess in our neighbor’s yard is disappointing. It’s obvious they think this is a joking matter.With that being said, let this post serve notice to anyone considering doing business with either Rob or Michelle. I’d be cautious of their business practices as well as their lack of accountability. Michelle is a realtor in Lakeland. Rob Nunez a local building contractor (R Nunez Homes) that inherited his Dad’s home building business. Rob advertises that R Nunez Homes builds maintenance free communities that are safe. Well, currently Rob and Michelle are endangering our neighborhood and creating maintenance for others. It’s time Rob and Michelle practice what they’re selling to Lakeland.It’s my hope they provide help for their son Nick and cease enabling him. In the meantime, they need to keep him from sitting behind the wheel of a vehicle. He’s a liability in our neighborhood and community.

My experience with The Property Shoppe has been excellent. From sourcing a property through to purchase - and beyond, which was a pleasant surprise. Ruben Galindo worked with us to find the right property and nothing seemed too much trouble. I liked that the Realtors worked as a team and if Ruben was out showing another property Dawna Stone (Broker/Owner) was always available to help with any problems or technicalities we were unsure of. A very friendly Realtor team that it was a pleasure doing business with.

You will not be disappointed if you use these realtors. They sold my friends house in 20 days and they are very attentive and professional!
