We have had Terminex for over 10 years. The technicians are always friendly and prompt. They listen to concerns and are very responsive. We recently added Termite Protection and Exclusion due to some neighborhood issues. We live in central Florida so this is always a big concern. Mike H. is always fantastic to deal with on estimates. Prompt and courteous. John S. came out for the exclusion. One of the friendliest people I have ever met. Through and communicated concerns really well. He was right on time, communicated he was on his way and set up our next time before he finished. Overall, fantastic place and employees to deal with!

Our technician, Thomas, was amazing! I only wish there was a way to request him for future calls. He was just so polite and careful of all our property and where the animals stayed. He explained everything very thoroughly and was extremely professional. Although its only been a couple days I havent seen a single ant. All the local places I called gave me the run around or didnt call back. Terminix was out next day to treat. Highly recommend their service!!

Felix is great! Hes so friendly, nice, and helpful. When we first moved into our house in FL, we had tons of spiders, which Felix informed us were mostly black widows. Us having a curious little dog, this definitely was concerning. But after the first treatment, and quarterly subsequent treatments, we rarely see any spiders. And the ones we do see are already dead.Couldnt recommend this service more! Not only is our home pest free, but it gave us peace of mind for our dog.

Had an appointment for a pest inspection i needed for my VA loan refinance. they called me 30 min before they were suppose to be here, to ask me questions. they didn’t do the service because my quarantine for covid was up last week. i would think these are questions you would ask when you set up an an appointment, not 30 min before your appointment. it just messes the whole process up. how unprofessional! i was going to change monthly service for my pest care provider, but now to terminex now!

Though there was an initial problem with the corporate office communicating with my local office, the Service Manager, John Taylor of Terminix Lakeland quickly stepped up to handle my time sensitive appointment. Corporate had scheduled a technician who was unavailable, so Mr Taylor personally came out to perform the service. He was personable and professional and was eager to do the right thing by the customer.

We love Terminex. Out technician is always professional, but his true colors really showed during our last inspection and treatment. We’ve suffered a loss in our family. He showed his compassion by not only sharing his condolences with us, but he even brought up my trash can so I would have one less thing to worry about. It’s little things like this that make a company stand out and succeed.

My Technician Fred is awesome and Terminx service is great. My cockroach problem was horrible but after 2 treatments the amount of bugs diminished considerable. I still see some but this is Florida so I expect that. Terminx is the heist exterminator company I ever used and Fred is a 5 star tech

I had a scheduled appointment 10 minutes before my appointment I receive a text saying I will not be able to make the appointmen. 2nd time today I get the same issue with a different tech texting me saying he will not be making it today.I called customer service and they didnt even offer me a refund. They were happy to get there money when I signed up. Not they way to trat your customers. Very disappointe.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, the first time I called the gentleman didn’t explain the packages correctly, I’ve been overcharged, they won’t give me my money back, and are now saying because their employee didn’t explain the package correctly I still have to hand over another $600.00 to cancel something I didn’t want in the first place. I’m not sure how it’s okay that I’m literally expected to pay for their employees mistake.

They treat a lot of bugs and rodents. I use pest control preemptively so Im not sure how quickly they work, but I do know they keep the pests away. But the technician that came to our house was polite, punctual, through and knew what he was doing and talking about. He was also able to get a wasp nest on a very high second story roof. I am very happy and highly recommend this company.

Our service technicians, Jacob and Joshua, were very thorough and very detailed. They both explained in detail what they did and sent us a report with picture via email listing the chemicals they used and any activity they observed such as the ant piles they found in the yard and the spiders in the garage. We are always informed when they are on the way and when they finish. Jacob called my husband when he was through to tell him exactly what he did and find out if we had any follow up questions. They always let us know that we can call them anytime with questions or if we need a follow up appointment before our next scheduled service. Both Jacob and Joshua go above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied. I would highly recommend Terminix to anyone. Their prices are very reasonable especially when you consider the wonderful service they provide. Our technicians we have are the best and are super nice and very accommodating.

Took my money 2000 dollars btw never fully got rid of the bed bugs then proceeded to tell me they must have been reintroduce and Id have to pay agian to have them try to get rid of them. Completely worthless treatments that took alot of my money and still didnt get rid of them I just cant believe it.

You came out and addressed our problem within 24 hours of my contacting you. In addition, within 24 hours after the initial visit and treatment, the critters are gone I have not seen one since. The ghost ants, wasps, hornets and cockroaches disappeared. The technician Shawn, removed all of the old wasp nest’s on the house and all of the spiders and spiderwebs in the lanai. I did not expect but was pleasantly surprised at all of this extra Service that was provided. Shawn was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and completely engaged. He taught us a lot about this pest problem and about what to do and what not to do in the future. And I also appreciate the fact that he wore his mask the entire time. Great protection for lawn and home from all kinds of pests. I was having a problem with ants from a neighbors yard that were making the back yard unsafe for my family and animals. They are also helping to protect our home from termites and the tenting that we have seen recently in the neighborhood. Our technician is always professional, very friendly, polite, and respectful of our home, privacy and our time.

My technician inspected and treated my property for pests. I suppose that all bugs other than termites, which (to my understanding) is another special inspection...which also carries an insurance policy.

I have had dry wood termites for over a year and half they have sent inspector 5or 6 times and still have not gotten back with me. I would call that pretty sorry service.

Do not hire this company. They never completed the job hired for an charged an enormous fee. Two years and still the job isn’t done. No show after no show, no returned calls, sending the wrong guy out more times I care to remember. No refund given. Just empty promises and excuses. They steal your money. STAY AWAY FROM TERMINIX

Jon our service Tech came out to spray inside and out. I highly recommend Jon as he is very efficient, very attentive to our needs, accommodating, friendly and personable. He does a great job and always requests him to do our service. He deserves a raise and some kind of incentive for his hard and thorough work. Since Jon has come out almost a year ago, we have seen a huge difference in the amount of roaches we have seen. Thank you.

I have used Terminix for both termite and general pest protection for 6 years now. They have always been extremely responsive when Ive had a question or issue. They are not the cheapest service in town but they are a GREAT value! I highly recommend them for any pest control needs you might have.

Just regular routine bug control. Have not had any serious issue since using terminix...Highly recomend.

Always come when appt. Scheduled. Do a thorough inspection, and leave me a copy of findings. Cant beat that.

Ive been in contact with the branch manager and now Im just waiting for them to complete the job. They were meant to finish last week but Eta came through. Still havent heard from anyone so Ill be calling again to remind them, I suppose.I paid 3k for exclusion services in March and the job has still not been completed. I have called and left a message and there was no response. I called again and made an appointment for Friday and no one showed up. I called on Monday and was told the appointment was for wendesday November 4th. They were supposed to be here between 330 and 5. Its almost 530. The wiring around the crawl space of my house is loose and full of holes. They did not wire up any of the plumbing pipes on the roof. They did not install the oven vent cover. They did not screen the soffit vent or screen the gable vent. They did not sanitize the attic (which was 600$). There are rats in my kitchen. I had to trap them myself.ALL of these things are cleary written in the contract I signed. WHAT exactly do I have to do to get Terminix to do their job? I am making the payments on this 3000$ job....and not even half of it has been done.

My brother referred me to Terminix. I have wanted to hire their services in the past, but just keep putting it off. But I pld I went ahead and called them for treatments for outside insects. I am glad I called them. They have the best equipment to take care of my concerns.

The tech was very punctual and not to mention how polite he was at answering all my qjestions and concerns. Without a doubt there should be more employees with the same attitude.

Scheduled services reminders. Technicians always call before arrive and provide information on what was done in writing. If we call to eliminate wasp nests, they provide the service the same day or the next.

I have been using Terminex for years. They have taken care of all of my issues and with the maintenance plan, we have not had any more problems with termites, carpenter ants or roaches.

There is no words to describe the experience of doing business with Terminix, I called to ask some information about their service, and make an appointment to meet with Mr. Paul Gornoski, the Terminex Representative, he came the next day and explained, every plans they offer and all the benefits you receive for having a contract with them. I took a good plan, and they did everything they mentioned in my contract, and with 100% guarantied I want to thanks Mr. Paul, for been so clear, diligent, and professional.

Courteous and thorough

I will never use Terminex again. They can’t seem to show up for appointments and never completed the work. Even though they boast 100% satisfaction it had taken me weeks to get any response and now I just want my money back. Of course I still have rats in my attic so I will have to find another company to fix what they refused to do.

I am very grateful for the excellent service. Jose is very appreciated at my home. The work he does is noticed year round. This is our second year with service and I trust and rely on Jose. Thank you for your hard work and attention. I cant thank you enough.

I called Terminix on Monday for work that needed to be done in a rental. They scheduled inspection for Tuesday. Came out, said they could do the work, charged me for the work, and the work wasnt done. On Wednesday, I call for a receipt, I am on the phone 40 minutes, finally the customer service representative, who is not local, says that they are canceling the service and refunding me. When I asked to speak to servicer manager or technical who I talked to the day before, was told they would get back with me. IF I could give a 0 I would for service

This is a updated post about my last experience with Terminix which I will start with they did return my money so lets be clear about that. But what happened before is what I needed to let be known it started with an appointment to treat a resident where I am no longer staying at. The tech called me and left a message to me that he was coming by. I returned his call leaving a message not to come and that I will have it rescheduled when I was ready at this time I was on the road and figured I was all set. Well to my surprise the tech came by anyway and then I was billed for the service. I then when on line and the site was down for maintenance when I didnt remember my password and wanted to get on the site. Come to find out I was placed on autopay so the money was taken out. After a couple of days after I was able to call an talk to them. Did it get resolved but it shouldnt ever happened.

The service ie good, but the the people who sale you the contract dont communicate everything well. They leave needed information out. I made me feel its only about getting a sale and thats not good. I do like that theyll come out when needed regardless of having been out previously.

Due to some issues with appointments and customer service was initial response wasnt a good one after working out some details the technician Mr. William Smith was the kindest person and explained the whole pest control process from start to finish. He made the process easy and seamless. I would recommend them to anyone especially Mr. Smith! Thank you again

They made us feel like this was no big deal, and just an everyday thing for them, even though it seemed like a big deal to us (bed bugs). Very professional, very customer service oriented. Id give the overall rating a 10, but Im waiting until I see how well the treatments work. As far as these 2 guys though, 10 all the way.
