Great first time experience on November 3, 2020. My insurance would not cover the cost of my back brace but the facility was more then happy to work out were I could afford to purchase the back brace. They understand how imperative it is to have the prosthetics & orthotics. They understand that this is a medical necessity for every patient that walks through their front door. I did have to return for a refitting and they were very accommodating on being able to fit me in the schedule on the same day, both days of my visits. The entire staff showed compassion. My brother-in-law went to Integrity Prosthetic and Orthotics as he was notable to get the right fit. He was sick and tired of the sores . Ed Crowe made him a custom fit leg with extra gel built into the socket. Absolute perfect experience. Cristina greeted me as I came in and took care of all my check in and insurance needs. Extremely helpful with all my questions and setting up appointments. Anthony then took me back and we tried on my new brace. It worked better than I ever expected. He was so knowledgeable on all questions I had.
