Kim ALWAYS gets my nails EXACTLY how I want them, no matter how difficult they could possibly be. She is the best! I will never go to anyone else.

Johnny apparently the owner has horrible customer service.He talks down to customers, his employees and has no regard for customers schedules and leaves customers just sitting at his table while he eats. I cant stand arrogance a d indifference.His shop is filthy, old outdated and lacking in hygienic equipment. Im surprised the health dept does not shut them down. How anyone praises this dump is shocking.JUST STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

Their sign says they open at 9 they didnt open til almost 10. Then I was told I needed an appointment even tho its not said on the website. The man that was their was very rude. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else.

I go this shop and I enjoy myself everytime!!! I read a recent review about the customer service and cleanliness. I always see someone cleaning when I am there. And I think with the whole pandemic issue that alot of businesses are still trying to recover., and lie i said ive always had a pleasant experience there. Kim is who I make my appointments with and I havent had a problem at all. So I highly recommend her if you are iffy about trying this place or not....you wont be disappointed

I called on Saturday to see if they were going to be open on Labor Day- I was told yes and was given a 1pm appointment. Arrived at 12:45 pm to a sign on the door stating “Sorry- closed on Labor Day.” No call to cancel- nothing! 2 other women also arrived for their appointments at same time. None of us were notified.

Staff was not very attentive a lot of personal calls, poor hygiene, and one of the diamonds they put in already came out (same day). Staff answering phones with lotion on hands from bare feet. It was just gross. Bottles of everything everywhere, dust everywhere, they clearly dont clean, organize, or sanitize. The prices on the website do not match what they charged me. They couldnt find anything they were looking for.. because it was everywhere! Will not be coming back. A man (family?) Came in to talk about how how my nail artists son needs more excercise and should walk home from school and he made it very uncomfortable. Over all experience i felt very uncomfortable, and i came with the bride-to-be and they had us separated the entire time so no way to even chat dont even get me started on HER experience.

You cant beat the prices and the services you get here! I will continue to be a returning customer as I have been for years.

My husband loves this business so much we drive for 1.5 hours one way so he can get a pedicure. He swears they do the best job he has ever had done on his feet ever and they take their time and do things nobody else has ever done to his feet.

Name speaks for itself! I love Melissa and her crew, such a Beautiful Salon, And I have to give it up to Sandy my nail magician, who really performs real magic on my cutie toes and nails LOL. I Sparkle when I leave, sometimes I dont want to because I have fun there too! I am use to the Best and there is no shortage of it here!

What a great place to have your nails done or your toes! The gals in thesalon are not only good at what they do, it is clear they enjoy their workand the environment. And...TERRIFIC pricing of services!It is now 23 days since my gel polish appointment and I NO chips yet - there issome nail growth showing but because I chose such a natural color, you cannotnotice it! I am pushing 4 weeks! What can be better than that???

We had pedicures and they did a good job. We really like the employees here. They are very nice and make sure we feel welcome.

I get my nails done here all the time. They look beautiful, natural and last. Everyone is amazing and everyone speaks fluent English, so no talking about your feet behind your back. Lol. You know it happens other places. Dont lie. I love this place.

My family has been going here for 20 years. Just had a predicure with Jennifer. I love the massage and the care she takes to get the job done perfectly. Last month Jimmys sister did my pedicure and I had a toenail growing into my flesh. She cut it out without me feeling any pain. LaQuanda does my daughters nail designs and she does a great job. Melissa does my nail designs and she does an awesome job.

I LOVE this salon! I am very particular, & have been going to Melissa for over 2 years from a referral. My nails & pedis always look AMAZING, lots of compliments, very reasonable. Everyone does fantastic work in a welcoming environment!

Had appointment for 2 pedicures, but waited over an hour anyway. Another woman that was already in a chair and soaking when we got there waited even longer. The scrubby sponges were just taken out of drawers and didnt appear to be sanitized. Told them going in that I wanted a design on big toe. The guy said, we dont do that here after he had already taken off my old polish. He and the girl doing my sister-in-law sat and goofed around the entire time ant it took WAY too long for them to do a simple pedicure. No base coat or top coat without asking. The ONLY good thing was the message my sister-in-law got. Mine lasted about 30 seconds.When we looked this place up it had 4.5 star rating, but Im not sure how! Very unprofessional job. We wish we had never gone there. We will not be back!

In my opinion this is the nastiest salon Ive ever been to in my entire life! There is a white dust on everything, the nail polish looked old and was separating, the bottles were just thrown in big baskets, there are so many random products(lotion, shampoo, snacks, and etc) for sale you would think youre at an outdoor flea market, no one cleaned up before they left, no designs or colpr samples on display, the wash bowl didnt have soap, rest room didnt have tissue, and there was broken tools laying around. The service I received was ok....My nail shape n fill was done great...the polish not so good you can see lines and dents in the gel polish. Overall is was not worth $70.

Never really have a good experience here but it’s closer to my home.. I took my daughter to relax 💆🏽‍♀️💅🏾get nails and feet done before she went in for her over night testing for her seizures...but they refused to service us ..I get it they don’t want kids there ...people trying to relax ..who wants a screaming bby around but my daughter is getting service with me she’s 7 and well behaved..but w.e went today pro nails on Bartow road n they did an awesome job...was happy to give my $70to a kid friendly environment

The place needs a very good cleaning. It is so dirty and dusty and cobwebs. The lights over the pedicure seats have no light bulbs.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My experience was terrible. I went here bc it was closer to my house, but next time I will take the drive to the south side.First of all, when I got to the salon, I went to the restroom and the nail tech was laying on the couch in the back ASLEEP. Then, he comes out to do my pedicure with an attitude as if it’s my fault he had to wake up. He then proceeds to cut my toe nails vigorously and my toe starts bleeding!!! Ok as if that wasn’t enough, when he goes to file them, I ask to please keep them squared and he ROUNDS THEM! At this point I just want to walk out without finishing. The utensils that he pulls from this drawer beside him are not even sanitized. He probably uses the same utensils on every person that comes in. If I catch a fungus from this place, I will sue him! He then starts to paint my toe nails without even putting on a freaking base coat first. His polish was absolutely terrible. The entire situation had me furious. Then he goes back to his couch and forgets about me.The entire time, they were telling everyone that came in that there was an hour wait with only me and one other person in the whole store.Do not, again for the people in the back, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLAAAAACE! If you want a decent nail job, this is not the place for it. They should probably be shut down. I will drive an hour before I’ll go to this place again.

If I could give this salon less than one star, I would. They were not busy, and were not attentive. My sister who is 5 months pregnant, went to have a pedicure done and relax and was rewarded with cold water, told her eyebrows were uneven, and chipped polish before she left. When she left no tip the professional threw her towel. This place is a joke and a sham. I will be sure to never send her there again!

I called an asked for an appointment an they said they do first come first served so I asked what time they open she said 8 I said OK Ill just get there early to be first but she said I have an 8 oclock appointment an there others have an 8 appointment 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 didnt you just say you dont do appointments just dont waste ur time here the woman who did my nails last time did her best an no they wasnt the best but I respect her for trying I will not waste another second of my life in this Establishment

Went in two days ago at 9am with my two daughters for nails and toes, first ones in for the day. Everything seemed okay, people were very nice, pleasant conversation, good about letting my 6 year old soak her toes a little longer than normal. My 6 year old had her nails and toes painted and on the car ride home her whole big toe nail polish came off in a ball of paint. I said what happened, she stated the girl said she gave up on that toe. Guess thats what she gets for having the 17 year old sister of one of the techs do her toes. Yet I paid for a professional to paint her, maybe there wouldnt have been SO MANY layers of paint on one toe, it couldnt even dry. We were there an hour after her toes where done, more than enough time to dry. Why do you have her painting toes yet charge me as if it were one of you? Oh and her nails, 3 finger nails polishes have completely fell off! 2 days, really??I had a gel mani and pedi done, my finger is chipping already. I leave in 4 hours for a flight and have to way to fix my nail now and have to hope that I can find some clear gel to salvage my nail to get through my vacation with crappy nails. This is absurd.I paid $135 with tip for gel mani/pedi, 6 year old fingers and toes painted and 13 year old gel nail and painted toes....this should have lasted more than 2 days ( or in my 6 year olds case 15 min!!)

The service was great. Dont get me wrong. The girl took her time with me and she was gentle. But, the atmosphere wasnt all that. In the website it states that they give you refreshments. Not once was I given a refreshment. And secondly, I went for a Deluxe Pedicure my feet still feel hard. I wanted the callus removal but she didnt bother to do it. The place isnt bad but for my first time going over there I would of expected the service to be how I wanted. Other than that the price isnt bad but they have to stick to what their website says. If it says something on the website then do what the website says you do. Other than that I might go again I might not.

Love that nail salon they have they do awsome nails and toes I did my acrylic and they looked like my real nails best set of nails ever and the pricing was only 15 and usually when you get your nails done so were also you usually pay over than 25 dollars and even though its past their closing time they dont care they still take their time and let your nails look amazing
