Mai is awesome! When I first moved to Lakeland I tried several nail shops and was unhappy. I found Elegant Nails and I won’t go ANYWHERE else. I even got my fiancé to come get a pedicure and he loved it! She really listens to what you want and does AMAZING work!

I stumbled upon this establishment unintentionally, and had such an inviting experience, that I returned the following day for an additional service!Mai was extremely friendly, courteous, and GOOD at what she was doing!(I dont trust my eyebrows to just anyone!)And my pedicure the next day was equally enjoyable, and satisfying!This will be my new go~to place for any of my future needs, that it provides!

This was the worst $50 I have spent in my life. The only lady there was friendly UNTIL another group of people walked in. All of a sudden she didn’t have time to complete my manicure. I will NEVER return after she rushed my my pedicure and denied me a manicure once someone else walked in. UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE!

Wonderful lady there she was so sweet and educational. She helped me with an ingrown nail like it was nothing. She was shocked I went to the foot Dr for it ( who removed that same nail completely 2x) and she fixed it in 7 minutes. She told me about proper nail care and how to prevent it in the future.

Quiet and serene...the owner does a wonderful job...my nails are really 100% better when shes finished.
