I had my very FIRST Brazilian Wax today and it was THEE BEST experience! I was SO nervous but Eryn was nothing but caring and professional. SHE is what made this experience so great! I’ve heard some horror stories about some girls first Brazilian waxing but Eryn took all my worriers away and made me feel totally relaxed and comfortable. She did an amazing job! I have never felt more smooth and confident! She also talked me through the whole thing- before and during and made sure I didn’t have any questions. Made a last min appointment for my wife yesterday, she was having a bad week, so I thought she should be treated. I came in today and has the best cut! She feels so much better about herself. She has never had a bad hair cut here all the girls are amazing and friendly. She used to go to another place down the street but so glad she switched to here. If you are looking for a new salon...this is the best place to go. Hubbys treat your wifey with a cut, colour style here...huge points.

Ive had two teeth whitening sessions (2 treatments each time, a total of 4 treatments). Each teeth whitening treatment builds on the previous, so the results get better after each session. For me, this is a good option, its comfortably in the middle of going to a dentist and paying a mini fortune or buying a DIY home kit. Every employee from the girl at the counter to the assistant in the room was extremely professional, genuinely welcoming, and knowledgeable about the salon, product, and process.

Eryn is the absolute best! I get a sugar wax from her. I’ve been going for over 3 months now. She’s very professional, nice, and she makes you feel 100% comfortable. I’m so glad I found her! I’ll be a repeat customer for life!

The staff is amazing, and that means a lot coming from someone like me. I’m typically a quiet person because new people make me nervous (anxiety), but the girls and Rodney (I hope that’s his name?) made me feel so comfortable and welcome. Even the receptionist was a sweet girl. I especially like that although the stylists had one on one conversations with their clients, the salon atmosphere was so friendly to the point where clients and stylists would engage in group conversations as well. This was an amazing experience! Ive never had a massage before, but Raz was wonderful! She was very caring and professional and was able to give me some great advice regarding some self care. Highly disappointed with my first time visiting the salon. I went there wanting something different than I’ve ever had so I could have a new look for my birthday, 3 days away. I was convinced by the stylist to do something completely different than the idea I had in mind, hoping they would enhance the look I walked in there with. My hair is fried at the ends and it’s butchered. I thought by day 2 I would get used to it, but I still can’t stop crying. The salon is beautiful, and I was expecting so much better than what I was given.

I had the hairstylist Charline and she is fantastic! I wanted hair extensions and this was my first time, she literally made my hair look very natural and even matched the hair color the way I wanted it! I was nervous at first but so glad I did! I recommend Charline because she really knows what she’s doing plus she’s been in the hair industry awhile

Instead of regular wax I get sugar wax for my Brazilian waxes and it barely hurts. I love how silky and smooth my skin always feels after! For facials, she offers many different services based on your skin’s needs. I recommend adding dermaplaning to a facial because it removes so much excess dead skin and leaves your face feeling flawless. I have been going to Eryn for years and her professionalism and skill is unmatched! 💝

It wasn’t a bad experience. But I do have some critiques. I do like how my hair turned out. The trim and layers made it more healthy. But the customer is always right when they state explicitly how they want their hair. I specifically said I did not want my roots BLEACHED/TOUCHED. And I was EXPLICIT that I did not want it bleached. My shirt got bleached as well. Which was my mistake. But still I felt like a lot could have been different. I understand she showed me her roots and said would I like it like that the tone fade but not bleaching down my roots. I said yes. And my roots were bleached. With her explaining to me that she would use a different toner to darken and fade it out. My hair got toned. But still it wasn’t exactly what I agreed too and I just need my hair to fade in from my dark roots. And I wanted a icy blonde. I know it takes time which isn’t a problem. It’s just the root thing was a deal breaker for me. If I pay you. And I’m treating you kindly. As a artist you should give me my vision. Not yours.

Went in for my first sugar brazilian wax (first time waxing ever) Eryn was beyond amazing! She makes you feel as if youve known each other for years. I am from Michigan and you still cannot get your hair done there. I was in Florida for a week and chose this wonderful salon. I’ve had the same hair dresser for 33 yrs and was nervous to try a place I knew nothing about. I Chose them based by their reviews and from their fabulous website.The Bios about them were very helpful and the photos of the salon looked like it was a nice place. I chose Charline to do my partial highlights. She was absolutely Amazing! Very nice and made you feel very comfortable. She is very knowledgeable about what she does. I’ve had my hairdresser for so long I never have to tell him much he just knows what to do for my hair. I told Charline to just do what she thought would be best for my hair. And she did such a Fabulous Job! I had existing highlights she touched up, added some more with some lighter lights, some low lights, and some grays to cover. I just LOVE what she did! Beautiful salon great atmosphere! So Highly recommend this place!

I loved my experience at Belle a Vie! I had an appointment with the amazing owner who helped me change my hair pretty drastically. She made me feel comfortable giving feedback when I wanted to adjust something and left me feeling light and bright after the appointment. So i contacted this place on Tuesday trying to get an appt for nails and hair. They kept saying they didnt have any appts for nails for the days i asked. Now, 2 days later they finally tell me that nails arent being done until further notice. You could have explained that 2 days ago when I contacted you in the first place. I had to finally ask if they just dont do nails anymore for them to tell me this. Not professional to keep people hanging like that. I would have looked elsewhere had they told me that from the first day I contacted them. Sad.

SUGAR WAX WITH ERYN!OMG where do I begin! So I booked the last appt at 6:30 and rushed after work! Once I met Eryn she wasn’t rushing me and overall extremely patient. When I was brought into the room I told her how scared I was because I hadn’t waxed in quite a while so she told me I can yell at her etc! I took my 9 yr old daughter in last week to get a bit of a crazy haircut. The stylists worked together to make sure the cut was done to the way my daughter wanted. She is extremely happy with the outcome. The stylists were hyping her up and encouraging her for choosing such a bold cut.I went in yesterday and had my hair chopped off and added some bangs. I am super happy with it!Very welcoming but upscale feeling environment. Very clean and also affordable. Will be back!

Kellie took the time to see what exactly what color I wanted and selected a color that was best suited for my hair. The color looked great with my skin tone and overall I had a great experience with Kellie. She is fun and has a great personality which makes for a better hair appointment. Excellent experience with Kelly. I asked for layers, side swept bangs and volume. Came in for cut and style. She listened to what I wanted, was very understanding and super patient and sweet.She styled my hair very nicely and gave style ideas and reassurance. I finally found a hairdresser AND it is in my town!Since I moved to Florida 3 years ago this week, I have been through - I think -7 hairdressers! I have VERY delicate, thin, fine hair. Hairdressers always say they can do it, and invariably, they fry it or it comes out orange or yellow, etc.I saw Charline last month. Not only did she listen to me, she did what I asked. It is not fried or brassy! AND the salon and other employees were lovely. Charline is a gem also-great personality and fun.Im grateful!

I just had my first massage with RAZ and hands down it was the BEST massage I have ever had. 90min is the way to go! She took her time and worked areas throughly, listened to where I wanted her to focus and previewed what a hot stone massage would feel like. Sold! I had to immediately schedule another hot stone massage for me and my husband. She also educated me on proper stretching and home care in between visit. She truly cares about your well being. The lovely lady who helped at the front desk was also as kind as could be and helpful. This salon is clean and beautiful, really allowing you to relax and feel pampered.

I can not rave enough about this place. I had my first appointment today and truly fell in love with this place. I got a cut, a color corrector, color, shampoo and style by Kellie 😍. She did any amazing job on my hair. She cut my hair and made sure that she asked questions along the way like for example: I had layers in my hair and before she cut she asked me if I wanted her to cut more layers into my hair since she was cutting off 2 inches. She cut the layers perfectly, she colored my hair great, and she styled it cute in curls for me. She didn’t keep it boring either. We talked so it wasn’t awkward and she made sure that I was accommodated. Other staff members there were welcoming, and made sure I was accommodated too. Other staff members frequently asked if I wanted something to drink or wanted anything. The owner was very happy, out going, and she was also checking on customers. The place is clean, stylish and a chic spa. I loved my visit so much that I have already booked a lash appointment with kellie for next week. Thank you so much.08/10/2020 I went back for my lash appointment and I honestly walked out with a lot more done. my lashes Are looking so natural and on point. I ended up getting my brows waxed and colored. I also go acrylic nails. I came out a new woman and it was worth every penny. Thank you guys for taking such good care of me.

Hillary Slama has done my hair for over 5 years. She is always willing to go the extra step to tweak the style /color at my request . One of her special gifts is her outstanding shampoo and scalp massage. Beyond being a wonderful stylist, she is fun, friendly, dependable and a “”great singer”.Belle La Vie Salon is a relaxing, beautiful space. It is always extremely clean and trendy.

I usually go here for my eyebrows. Recently I saw a certain person who cut my hair and did my eyebrows. It was the first haircut I’d received there. I paid $40 plus the eyebrow wax. The day after he did my eyebrows I realized he butchered them. One was wayyyy shorter than the other and they were not waxed evenly. I was extremely upset but there was nothing I could do except let them grow out. Today I went somewhere else for a haircut. She pointed out everything wrong with my previous haircut from Belle la Vie. It’s only been about two months since he cut it. My layers were uneven and non existent in some places etc. Thank God she was able to fix it. I will NEVER get my hair cut here again and will only let Erin do my eyebrows from now on. He also cut my boys hair and it was obvious he had no idea how to give them a fade etc. A young lady there told my husband she couldn’t give him anything but a scissor cut. I would go anywhere else but here for a haircut.To the owner: Reviews are for both good and bad experiences. I don’t need to check with you before reviewing your place of business. There is/was no way for you to fix my eyebrow that is still too short on one side and still filling in. As for the haircuts, when a stylist tells you they have no idea how to cut a mans hair it doesn’t make the salon seem attractive anymore especially given your high prices. I will pass. Thank you.

Went into for my first Brazillian and Eryn was amazing from start to finish. From the moment I was inside I was warmly welcomed. The whole place was so clean and beautiful it was so worth the 45 min drive. I will be coming back and if you need anything waxing related go see my girl Eryn you will not disappointed in the least she is the best!!!!

I spent $225 to get my hair fixed and instead got it ruined. I went in there July 28, 2020 and got Kelly. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and told her I didn’t want any of the top inch of my root dyed or touched and wanted to keep it the nature color. She then reexplained what I told her I wanted so there was no miscommunication with it. She still did my roots anyways, not only that she did them first so it was lighter than the rest of my hair (I was bleaching it) plus there was stands with silver, yellow orange and blonde. I went in the next day and the lady I was told was the manager (never got her name, has a long red wig) was unprofessional and Everytime I was trying to explain what I didn’t like about it her, Kelly and the lady that checks people in talked over me telling me basically it didn’t matter because a lot of girls would die for my color. Kelly made a comment to me saying “are you the professional” which I snapped back and said “obviously you aren’t” and also tried to say it was a “miscommunication” and I showed her no picture. The manager didn’t stop Kelly from her rude remarks and even made some herself. They ended up agreeing to correcting my hair two days after. But told me they couldn’t dry because it would cost extra, so they couldn’t even check their work. I was thinking there were gonna fix everything and the only thing they fixed was the roots. The rest of my hair still has strains of different colors in it almost a month later. I’ve been trying to get ahold of them since and have been ignored. When I called them out for ignoring me they said they’ve been trying to contact me (another lie I’ve gotten 0 calls from them) then ignored me when I asked when I could come in. Fantastic Sams a few doors down in the plaza. They charge 1/3 the amount, listen to you, won’t mess up your hair and, actually know how to talk to a human.- Owner has since lied responding to my comment and no way to respond back. Never got one call and they ignored my last text. When I got their I was showing her the four different colors in my hair and the fact that my roots were lighter and I got “are you the professional” to where I responded “obviously you aren’t.” They then tried to refuse to fix my hair because “that was disrespectful to her client” so my mom apologized. I’m pretty sure anyone would’ve been mad seeing that they spent $225 for a “hairstylist” to ruin their hair and then disrespect them the whole time you try to explain to them what they did wrong. That business is completely unprofessional and will try to argue with you all day instead of just giving you what you paid for. I can see why some of you would rethink you career seeing your work, I greatly consider it for you. :) Psa for anyone if you are bleaching your hair DO THE ROOTS LAST.

If you want a Brazilian wax well done this is the place. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Eryn is the only one that do Brazilian wax and let me tell you... this girl knows what shes doing. Her professional and experience speaks for itself. I came mentally prepared for the pain to get almost a full body wax. Instead Eryn is super social and the music had help to think not at all about the pain. My appointment was at 4pm and didnt get out almost at 6pm. I was super embarrassed to keep her up so late but she stayed to get the job done. I will definitely will come back to this place.

The salon is so updated and I love the ambiance. Marisela, was such a professional.She took my hair to the next level! She takes time with her client and trys to achieve what the client wants ( within reason because you know a professional can only do so much depending on the hair). Eryn is simply the best! Her facials are the best, her product knowledge is second to none, and she is always kind and accommodating. I don’t trust anyone with my waxing services other than Eryn. Nobody has ever made my eyebrows look as good as she does. She always goes above and beyond to make sure your experience with her is the best!

The salon is very beautiful, clean and friendly.I first had a consultation and every detail was explained to me for what I wanted and all questions answered. My hair is very thin and fragile which makes it difficult to find a good stylist.I had a follow up appointment to have my hair done. Charline did an amazing job. She is very easy to talk to, very professional, knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable.I love how my hair came out and will be returning. I def recommend this salon for all your hair needs. All the stylists I interacted with were also just as friendly.

Finding a new hairstylist in another state can be challenging, especially if you’re a long-term client with another stylist and are hesitant to see someone new. Rest assured, seeing Sunny for my color was the best case scenario. From the start, Sunny was welcoming and careful to follow my LA stylist’s formula for my hair color. The result was gorgeous color with a blowout that lasted for days. I will definitely be seeing sunny again!

The girls at the front desk were very attentive. I was a little nervous going in, I had never had a Brazilian wax before. Eryn did a great job and made me feel very comfortable. The entire experience I had at the salon was great and I will definitely return!

Amazing! All the ladies are very nice. Hillary always does a great job of getting my hair exactly how I want it. When I first came in to get my pixie cut I had no idea what I wanted and Hillary took my I dont know just make it cute and turned it into the best hairstyle Ive ever had! Definitely would recommend.

Marisela was absolutely a doll! I was able to get an appointment the same day, which was fantastic because it was a spur a moment before vacation thing. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, as if I had been coming here for years. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and got much more! My hair came back to life. Not only that, but being able to talk with her as she was someone I had known for years is something that is hard to find. Definitely coming back to her if I wanted something subtle or drastic change. Your hair is everything, and I feel absolutely beautiful.

The customer service from the very first phone call was superb! My hairstylist was Mindy and she was incredible. She made sure really understood what I was wanting and was very knowledgeable. She explained everything she was doing from beginning to end and the results were the best ever. The atmosphere of the salon was welcoming and very high class but at reasonable pricing. This salon is absolutely beautiful!!!! It has so many elegant designs within it. They have everything in there hair,nails,pedicure,makeup,and microblading by Hillary who is amazing at what she does!!! Hillary takes her time and makes sure that you are completely comfortable she asks questions and makes sure that your brows are exactly what your looking for. She makes she you are comfortable and doing well the entire time and really has an eye for every detail!! I love my brows they exceeded my expectations in so many ways!!! This salon is gorgeous inside. The woman who cut my hair wasnt very talkative at all, which was a little awkward at times. Im used to hair stylists making conversation while they cut my hair but its okay. I was expecting the haircut to cost way more than it did. Not 100% happy with it (I ended up having to fix it a bit at home as some spots were longer than others) but overall, it looked good. I would return.

If you’re not booking yourself an appointment here you are truly missing out on an awesome experience.Today I received the hour and half stone massage and it was AMAZING!I’ve also had facial and dermaplaning as well- also incredible.Beautiful salon with great stylists and nail techs as well.This place truly has it all! Everyone at Belle La Vie was so friendly and kind! I had an appointment with Eryn for a Brazilian and she made me feel very comfortable and was super professional. In the future I plan to try some of the skin care options available and I’ve already scheduled my next wax!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Charline, the owner is amazing! She’s very friendly and down to earth. She went out of her way to get me in. The shop normally opens at 9:30; she opened at 8 to fit me in! Btw, my hair is looking fabulous. I finally found a hairdresser! 😁

Absolutely amazing!!!! I can honestly say that I have NEVER had a better experience at a salon and spa, then my trip to Belle La Vie!!! Mindy literally worked miracles with my hair!!! I came home and my husband was so happy and told me how beautiful I looked...thanks Mindy! She also stayed late to give me a super relaxing pedicure... To top it off, Eryn came to introduce herself and I would up booking a facial with her for Thursday. When I was leaving, I got to chat with the wonderful owner, Charlene. Every employee was so amazing, I have nothing but great things to say about this spa!!!

Hands down! This is lakeland’s finest upscale salon and spa. The minute you walk in, you will be pampered from head to toes. Best Brazilian wax using sugar waxing. The hot stone massage is amazing!
