I live in the Overlook at Hamlin community and this company is our landscapers. They have not once sprayed the weeds. Our common areas are all weeds. There is almost no grass, just weeds and instead of spraying the weeds and killing them like any competent landscape company they just mow the weeds and leave. Terrible.

Opening the shop early and they were servicing an adjoining property. Had my Harley parked at the end in a parking spot close to where they were blowing the yard debris. Only vehicle in their vicinity. Youd think theyd be careful of a brand new Street glide. The guy was straight blasting the bike for about thirty seconds with a cloud of dust, acorns, and whatever else was in that pile before I made it to him to ask him to stop. Instead of turning off the blower and addressing me, he points the blower at the bike and commences to blow off the grime resulting in at least one scratch on the tour pack. I had just personally detailed the bike meticulously for an hour and a half three days ago. Called and spoke to owner who said he would come look at the bike. He never showed or called me back. They could care less. The disrespect in the workers actions and their response to me is just unacceptable. Why am I surprised these days?

In the past two years, this company has been careless and inconsiderate towards our lawn and neighborhood. These landscapers have;- Destroyed two lawn signs- Ran over a solar power LED plant- knocked over garden decorations- used my personal water tap on the side of the building to refill their water sprayers- Broken sprinkler heads- left cut grass everywhere- missed patches of grass around multiple propertiesDo not use this company if you can avoid it. Useless!

They are the vendor in our community. Horrible service. They don’t mow for weeks, &? When they do show up it’s poor service. They constantly damage property. Lawn is shaved to the roots in spots, other spots missed. Wouldn’t ever hire or recommend them.

Our HOA uses them. Our sprinklers have not worked in many months. Many phone calls, emails, and online tickets entered and it still does not work. They said that some heads needed to be replaced, so I paid them to do that. Still didn’t work. Now they say more heads must be replaced... I called in my credit card again. It never ends and the system never works. Grass is dead.

I do not use this company. My review is on there driver in company truck. Traveling south on spirit lake Rd crossing 540 travel lanes go from 2 to 1 lane at McDonalds. The Nissan truck come racing up in the merge lane from behind me and tried to push me into on coming traffic gust so he did not have to merge behind me. They did not care if they wrecked a company truck gust to get in front of me. WOW

Floralawn has done a wonderful job and was very responsive to my requests, including additional plantings, irrigation issues and application of fertilizer. A very good company that aims to please!

This is based on their drivers ability not to drive. This morning they was going 30 in a 60 on highway 33 in north polk county. Due to fog I was nearly rear ended by another car due to us going 30mph below the speed limit. I can see how they would kill the plants in the review below because to go that slow they have no respect for others.

Seems like they have employees that dont care about their job. He wouldnt go the speed limit, more like 10 to 5 under the speed limit. Completely unacceptable especially if you drive for a living like me.

3 times requesting proper fence weedwacking & still have weeds sticking up at the posts.

Hired Floralawn to do some work at my house and my parents house. This company is amazing! Very professional, courteous, and attentive to the customers needs. They will bend over backwards to make sure the customer is happy. Definitely will do business with them again!

This is an amazing company to go to for pest control and lawn fertilization. The lawn techs are always prompt and are kind. The office is always willing to help when i have a problem. I am about to do some landscaping work for my property and have already started a proposal with them as well. All around great company and super handy due to all of the services offered!!

I had fleas in my yard and the service guy was very helpful and knowledgeable. The fleas were gone and havent had any issues. they are very polite and respectful. Definitely would use them again.

We have used Floralawn for residential services in the past and our HOA uses them. I wouldnt recommend them. The crews vary. Sometimes they do a good job, other times they dont. Look elsewhere, there are better options.

Very unhappy customer. I moved in July 3 and Flora Lawn had done the landscaping for my new build house. Within a month half the plants were dead. I put in the first work order #53593 on Sep 7. They said they were working on it. Luis Melendez was put in charge. However, nothing ever happened, and Melendez stopped responding.So on Oct 2 I put in a 2nd work order for the same thing and mentioned the first work order was apparently dead in the water. Work order 54883. Again I got Luis Melendez, he wrote the plants would be ordered in the next couple days and planted within 3 wees. Three weeks passed and nothing. Oh wait! Some one from Flora Lawn did put a notice on my door saying they were sorry to have missed me. What? I was home the entire day--they didnt ring the doorbell. And why do I need to be home for them to replace plants? They go in the front yard, not the house.So today I put in a THIRD work order for the SAME THING, and called Flora Lawn. Nobody in the Poinciana office is picking up the phone and in the main office in Lakeland all I get is, Ill let them know, theres nothing I can do.Apparently the man who runs the Poinciana office is named Brad Thompson. He needs to pay more attention to whats going on--or not going on--in his office. I was considering landscaping the entire yard--but I would be afraid spend all that money with Flora Lawn. My experience is the plants would die and they would do nothing about it.I recently spoke with a neighbor and shes been trying to get her dead plants replaced since JUNE! Other Solivita residents are unhappy too. We are discussing filing small claim court cases to get them to make good on their contract or return our money so we can hire someone else to do the job right!

The company told me to call and apply over the phone when I called I was informed that I would have to drive 30 minutes to even apply, but the way it was done was very respectful they gave me a name and list of hours to go apply

Terrible company!!! This company doesn’t know how cut grass. I wouldn’t use this them if they were the last company on earth. You can’t even talk to anyone because they don’t speak English.

No consideration at the gas station. Two crews blocked the only diesel pump. They walked past and looked at me sitting in line behind them trying to fill up. They went inside and took their time getting food and filling up their drinks. No courtesy at all.

I had major yard issues probably about 6 months ago. I called floralawn not only did they bring my yard back to life. But its the greenest one on the Block. My neighbors are very envious!!! I would suggest this company to anybody from quality of work to the lawn techs knowledge these guys are the best around in my book. Great work for the price.

I don’t have a contract with Floralawn but my neighbor to the north does. For some reason they decided to apply fertilizer to my yard when they did my neighbor. My plush green yard is now burned and dead. I called twice before someone would reply. They promised to get back with me but never did.

Call four times and no answer the phone. Need to hire more help.

Instead of mowing, this company uses a weed whacker to do my entire front and back yard. It is a total mess when they are done and it looks awful! They are supposed to trim hedges, but I had to call and complain, because you could barely walk between my house and my neighbors. They finally came out after I called and complained. They trimmed it a little and now half of it is dead. I live in a community that makes us use this company so I cant even fire them. We have to pay for this and then go rake up their mess. The service is terrible and they wont return calls. I would never use them, if I had a choice!!!

This company has taken close to two months to discover four broken sprinklers and have had me without irrigation. I am still awaiting a resolution while I continue paying my communitys HOA fee which includes this service. I have called them almost daily and have told them how dry my lawn is and they are still taking their time. The problem is they have a monopoly at Bellalago because they are contracted by the HOA. They also have the system for all homeowners programed at 10 minutes per zone which any homeowner or lawn professional know is not enough for Florida weather. The trees in Bellalago are also unkept, which is their responsibility. Lastly, they have charged a total of $104.00 to fix four sprinkler heads. That is an abuse!! If things dont get better I will start gathering homeowners signatures to request the HOA to cancel their contract with this company. Horrible service, price gauging, and total incompetence!!

Just watched a tech both hit and spray a birds nest that had a nesting dove IN THE NEST that just laid eggs. She flew off and i am not sure if she will return. I AM PISSED!!! WILL NOT EVER USE OR RECOMMEND!!
