Owners are very courteous, friendly and helpful. The place is kept very clean. Definitely get more than just a Wash & Dry experience.

Employees are always super nice and helpful. There’s chairs, tables, and plenty of basket rollers. There’s a vending machine for laundry products. There’s also one for drinks and theses a few little stores nearby.

Wonderful owner/worker! She offered to help me fold my laundry ( there was a lot from my storage unit). Washers and dryers in working order, clean bathroom, and cold drinks and snack machines available on site, plus a convenience store right across the parking lot.

Great so far. Have been there a few times and there is always an attendant there so you are never alone. Very clean, change machine and drink machine. Dryers are large so you can fit a good amount of laundry in there.

I need to use the industrial sized machines, and love this place. Always clean, the machines all seem to be in good working order and the man that runs it is very helpful. I used to go to a place closer to my house, but their machines are down a lot so I tried this place last week and won’t go anywhere else from now on.

I usually wait until the second or third visit to leave a review, but this place immediately deserved one. There were a variety of sizes of the machines which is appreciated! Very friendly technician that opened the door for me and told me how to use one of the larger washers. She also assisted several other customers with patience and care. Im definitely coming back and would recommend the place to anyone!

This is the first laundry mat I have bein to that you dont die from the heat of the running machine. Prices are competitive, but the services is hands down untouchable. Stella, the attendant is out of this world, anything you need help with she is there. Stop by and do a load or 2. Freindly, comfortable place, Ann s Laundromat.

Love coming here clothes dry super fast and the lady who works here is just the sweetest.

This place is clean, quiet and feels safe. There is an attendant on duty and the prices are better than others in town. Its hard to find, but if you lik behind the convince store its right there.

We are here in Lakeland for a baseball tourney. Hotel is too expensive so I searched for a local laundry mat. I pulled up, got my clothes out of my car and a very sweet lady was holding the door open for me and immediately asked if I needed any help and pointed me to the open washers. She even add some extra cleaning product to help me get the mud out of my son’s baseball pants and she told me what she used when her son played baseball. I felt safe while I was there.

Found this place by a google search. Very nice place to do laundry. The lady was cheery. Good atmosphere. Machines worked great. When staying in Lakeland, this will be my laundromat.

Staff had a smile and opened the door for us as we were comung in! Price was reasonable. The only complaint was one of the dryers I used, I had to put in extra coins to dry but was a very good experience.
