I came to Lakeland for my upcoming Wedding. A week out from my big day I decided to treat myself (and my hubby). Initially, I only booked a dermaplaning service that includes a full facial. I wanted my skin and minimal makeup to look perfect for my big day. (So, ladies, if you have some peach fuzz, 100% recommend you do this.) Now, my face is so smooth and rejuvenated! I also booked a waxing service online with Megan. It was my first wax of that particular type. Megan was super helpful and helped this girl out! Both of my services here were with Megan. She is such a beautiful person who cares about who you are. Just like the rest of the staff here. 110% recommend Bella Visage. Was told that the lip filler is good for a year. Had half a syringe my first visit and then came in to get the second half (11 months later) and was told the filler dissolved and that it dissolves after 6 months. Oh but the good news was she had a $75 discount she could give me if I bought a whole syringe priced at almost $600! So I came in to get what I paid for, the other half of my syringe filler, and walked away with nothing and will never ever go back. Total waste of money and very unprofessional. The owner looked me dead in the eye and said she never told me it was good for a year. I can’t even believe the experience I just had. They knew exactly why I was coming in. Even called me to come in earlier cause they had a cancellation. Very very very unprofessional to have me come in with a plan to upsell me and lie saying the syringe expired.

We got a couples massage and Winnie and Linda were phenomenal. They were extremely professional and kind and made me feel 100% comfortable, which I was especially grateful for since this was my first massage. I made an appointment a few weeks ago for the Shoulder, Neck and Back massage in hopes she could relieve my pain from Blow drying hair all day every day and man was I in for a treat! She’s seriously incredible and has set the bar very high! It would be difficult to find someone else that comes close to how great she is! As far as the Spa itself, it’s super warm and welcoming and you feel at home!

My massage was blissful; a full body hot stone massage with firm pressure relieving all my sore/tense muscles. The technique was flawless. I feel like a new person! After the massage I was offered mint infused water, mmm perfect. The receptionist was sweet and friendly and I was offered samples of some of their retail products, bonus!So yes, without a doubt I will be recommending Bella Visage to all of my friends and family. I have a place in Lakeland (my hometown!) that I go to on many weekends so I was looking for a spa in the area so I could get a good deep tissue massage. I read the great reviews for Bella Visage so I decided to give them a try. My first appointment was a 30 minute cupping session with Winnie. OMG, great massage session. So I booked a deep tissue with Winnie and I’ve gotta say, it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Winnie is knowledgeable of massage and is consistent with the pressure. I wish I lived in Lakeland so I could book with her more often but for now I’ll book whenever I can. The staff I’ve dealt with are also nice and accommodating. The spa also sells candles and wax melts that smell amazing! I highly recommend Bella Visage for your spa needs!

I came in to get a facial one day and I was welcomed by a very calm and comfortable environment. Michelle greeted me and brought me into the treatment room and relaxed me very quickly. I walked out of the room feeling rejuvenated and brand new. She was very professional and explained everything she was doing as she was doing it, which helped put me at ease. I will definitely be coming back and requesting Michelle as my esthetician!

After receiving a very informative consultation from Jeanna, I returned in a week to receive the Scluptra cosmetic filler. This was needed to restore facial volume, caused by a large weight loss following life saving surgery 6 months ago. It has only been 4 weeks, but I am seeing a great improvement. Friends and associates are complimenting me on my appearance which makes me feel much better. I am a Registered Nurse and was very impressed by how clean and relaxing the surroundings were, and of course their surgical technique. I look forward to each day to see the improvement and I am anxious to receive my 2nd scheduled appointment in June.

I recently had my eyebrows microbladed by Kim Esposito. She explained the process and never made me feel rushed. She made sure I was happy with the results and was more than willing to do whatever I wanted to make my eyebrows perfect, although she pretty much made them perfect on her own. I love my new eyebrows and cant thank her enough.
