Stay away from this place, FAR AWAY, disrespectful to truck drivers!!!! Not a Walmart DC!!!! Its a third party storage WH!!!! They hate outside truck drivers!!! If you run out of hours, We dont care, get off the property or the cops will be called Stay away drivers!!!! You have been warned!!!

After spending 1 hour trying to book a load with Maria Hargrove was wondering wy she wouldn’t make phone calls and was taking long, she was auctioning the load worst Brooker ever . Don’t waste your time trying to book freight with them not serious about business.

Appointment was at 7am arrived at the delivery at 3am checked in they unloaded me I was finished at 5:30 am outstanding there is no parking at the facility when done its is a Loves truck stop 10 minutes away which it worked out perfectly

Usually takes a little while but they are polite. Check in at guard shack, park in designated area for the building youre going to as there are several companies here, then go to shipping, they will assign a door. Backing can be difficult as theres a lot of traffic. No overnight parking but they usually let you in early and sometimes they get you loaded early.

Pretty tight and very busy with traffic going each direction constantly, nice staff and if you get here early looks like they get ya taken care of quick. If you get here late though...youre gonna be waiting a long time.

Staff was very friendly and helpful from the gaurd shack all the way to building 16 and 5. It was a little on the chaotic side trying to dock in door cause of all the traffic coming and going you have other trucks trying to back or trying to leave, employees coming on shift are getting off, golf carts zooming by, forklifts, the yard dogs, people walking all the while your trying to back, but once you get in the door it only took 45mins.to load

Tight area. No one including the people who work here want to stop for a minute so you can backup or pull forward. Had a golf cart slide between my front end and a trailer in front of me. If I had pulled forward without seeing him, he would have been crushed. Saddle Creek drivers as well as yard dogs here are rude as hell. Try to flag a yard dog down and he ignored me. A saddle Creek driver gave me the finger for being in his way while I was trying to back up.

I was to have a phone interview for a dispatcher job today with LINDA BRADFORD. Did she call me NO!!! Instead I get an email stating we had a great phone interview with you today but you do not qualify for the job!!! Even though I have 7 years dispatching. Very unprofessional company! Watch your step and think twice! Just a warning

Rachel, Shawanna and the gentle “I know who you are .” Those guys rock they made our day with the load my coworker and I was having doubts about with the extra stop and being over weight for one truck. They work some magic ....thanks guys instead of staying the night in Florida we going home.....

Good place to pick up at Im there everyday to pick up beer quick no hassle place not sure about deliveries to the place I havent done that yet but overall seems pretty straightforward place to get in and out of.

Entrance @ Fish Hatchery Rd. / Sams club entrance. Look for Saddle Creek sign @ red light. Arrived around 730 for a 8am appointment. Had paperwork and out of the gate @ 906a.

I would not recommend coming to this place. For them to consider you on time you have to be already through the line at the gate. Then you have to park in the designated area. Wait for Everyone else to finish driving thru, backing or parking. Before you can do it safely. Then go inside building five and wait in line behind all the other drivers. Only two are allowed in at a time because of Covid. Then check in. That’s when They consider your time. So if you show up on time or even early like I did. If you don’t get all that stuff done before your designate appointment time. They will make you wait literally all day to unload you. The guys extremely rude in building five. I’ve never met somebody so rude my life. I’m also gonna lose money because I’m not gonna make it to my next appointment. I will never come back here. I never ever write reviews about really any thing or anybody or any place. Just felt I had to write one about this place. Driver beware

Nice lady at shipping and receiving got loaded very quick

They have a complicated logistics inside with a lot going on. Check-in in one building, door in other building, drop trailer etc. Plus trucks in line, cars, go carts that dont mind of pass behind when you backing. Everyone on the way of the others. Be early on appointment because take you about 30+ mins arrive to office.

Polite, professional, if extended a chance to work just know you will work at a fast pace, and they have a very competitive pay rate with many opportunities to inceease pay through cross training and other avenues.

Avoid this customer at all costs they take forever to load and unload they are some of the rudest people youll ever meet

Nice and safe make sure you know your customers delivery because they have a butch of buildings and do not be late it can get tricking if you do .you have to drop and pull tandem to back and pull away from truck make sure you tandem slide .I spend 6 hours at Sams club because I was late 10 minutes

They are rather swift unloading you. 2 hours seems to be the magic number. The ladies at desk are very nice and will let you know if you should stay to be worked in or come back if theres appointment issues.

No parking before or after your appointment time. Check in, back in door, drop trailer drive to small staging area they call you in about 1.5 to 2 hrs so you can get your Bills. They do seem in a rush for you to get your bill and get off property. They should have a few parking spaces for drivers delivering during the wee early morning hours

Delivered to 16 North, after you go through guard shack at first stop sign turn right go all the way to the end and park, offices at the end of the building on the right. Slide tandems, completely disconnect, unloaded in about an hour.

Falsely accuse you of scraping a trailer just bcuz you complain about waiting 4 hrs to unload the 6 pallets you deliver... There was a driver that was only there for 10 minutes and they started unloading him what a joke this place is

Unloading didnt take long. Arrived a 1/2 before appt. Waited about 20 min., for door assigment. Drop trailer, bobtailed to driver parking. Done in about an hour. Delivered dry goods for Sams Club. One security person had a wanna be cop attitude, and not good cop. But, I was there to get unloaded and not make friends, so no biggie.

In and out on the delivery. But they did mess up the paperwork.

This place is hell in a hand basket. Staff was not helpful. Had just gotten out of the hospital a week prior and hadnt regained my strength and had trouble walking. Asked for help. No help given. Will never go back. Plus took forever to load as well.

The company is not friendly to truck drivers, as you drive in, security is unpleasant, they have a lot of space. and the driver who no longer has hours and arrives earlier for unloading, chases out as if he were a dog

MEAN place. First off, they provided a fake phone number in the dispatch. Just in case you need to call them, theres already a slap in the face. And then the staff, telling me to wait through a shift change in the rudest way possible. Truck drivers are considered dirt, according to places like this.

Zero Stars. Place is awful even for simple delivery. Stay away if You want to make money.

First time picking up at this location. The guard at guard shack was very rude and with no customer service skills whatsoever. At Building 7 where you are required to check-in; the lady behind the glass was just as rude! **5 stars to the guys on the loading docks!!! I was loaded in under an hour.**. However once I got back to the glass to checkout... There was a sign posted on the glass that read: Out to lunch, be back at 1245... Current time was1210. So much for time management. Just be prepared for whatever may come your way.

Little respect for temp drivers, assigned run down old manual trucks because the new automatics cant be operated by anyone except full employees because temp drivers ruin our trucks Even though youre a slob no matter what position you hold depending on who you are. Waste of time if you contract with them. This was my first and last visit.

Fic this place.. if you get building 16 backing is tight ask another driver to spot you because other drivers have to dolly down & pull forward & that makes it hard to back

Friendly people in receiving, but over 3 hrs to unload and I was on time. No overnight parking.

My appointment was at 3pm. I got there at 11am. They gave me a door right away and I was loaded and given paperwork within an hour!! Thank you sooo much for the EXCELLENT service!!!

Great place to work.

Came here to pick up a load, my appointment time coincided with their lunch time which doesnt make any sense. After being loaded I had to wait for my paperwork because the office was on lunch. As Saddle Creek is also a trucking company, you would think they would understand they need to get drivers out as quickly as possible. Was there two and a half hours pass my appointment to load.

Turn onto fish hatchery road and follow it to the main guard shack. GPS will take you to an exit only they will let you u turn but save yourself the headache and just turn onto fish hatchery road.Busy place, lots of trucks but it was a pretty easy in and out at building 7 ( sugar)
