On Wednesday, September 15th, 2021, after going to two Sheriffs Offices (1st Bartow & 2nd Winter Haven), I learned that the Sheriffs Department is not doing fingerprinting due to the times of Corona. So, I call Lakeland Police Department, who informs me the same. So, I turned to google for fingerprinting services NEAR ME, and I called Accurate Live Scans, LLC, who told me they were closing soon to come in Friday 8:45 a.m. to get the fingerprints I needed after discussing those specific needs in detail and the costs. I arrived Friday morning to get fingerprints, as discussed, on Wednesday and then was told that they are sorry only law enforcement can do those we cant. I did discuss what the fingerprints were for and the specific card I possessed to bring in for these requested fingerprinting services prior to my valuable but wasted time battling Friday morning traffic, and a day was taken off for the needs of this appointment. I did get an apology, but one must not be so misinformed in their company after a thorough discussion gives me an appointment for what they dont do, correct? It is not ACCURATE to do business this way, especially after detailed discussion allowed me an appointment that was useless because they dont do it, but give appointments to do what they cannot. In 40 hours since I was given the appointment, the laws didnt change. So, why give me an appointment for something you dont do? Whoever answering the phone and discussing my needs to then arrange the appointment is either unaware of their companys abilities or is inconsiderate of others time. Im disappointed and hope this review will encourage that all parties/employees who are speaking for this company moving forward gives an accurate account of what they can and will do. Especially when my needs were given, questioned, and discussed thoroughly before being given a useless appointment.

Mimi was extremely professional, and pleasant! She answered all of my questions, and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable about the entire finger printing process during this pandemic. I highly recommend this business! The pricing is also fantastic, and youll be in and out in five minutes if no one else is there. If you want to avoid a wait if there are people in the waiting room just give them a call and theyll make a same day appointment for you!
