Last summer Brian offered an ebook with sample letters for tackling problems on credit reports. I got the ebook and finally sent my first letter in September 2020. Unfortunately, I did not send it certified and nothing changed. I resent the letter on November 28th via certified mail (like he instructed in the book) and by December 26th the item was gone from my credit report!
