Ive used maid pro twice in the past 6 months. Both were very thorough and pleasent experiences! I was out of town and was able to UPS them my key, they came in and did a fantastic job with ZERO supervision or instruction. My kitchen is literally sparkling. Ive used one other service in Lakeland, MP is by far superior.I was struggling with a serious depression slump and my apartment was an absolute horror. They didnt make me feel embarrassed at all. DO NOT HIRE unless you dont mind supporting terrible management of a business that mistreats its employees . While yes, you may receive good quality service but it is guaranteed to also be coming at the cost of housekeepers (or, in their OUTDATED term, maids) being treated poorly and those who mention it to them, get the ax. If you do hire PLEASE keep an eye out for the ladies who do help because it can vary and NOT for any good reasons. Please DO NOT support this cesspool of a business. They ruin lives by disregarding others.

I have used this service for awhile now. I recently was given Brittany a newer cleaner to the company to clean my house. I absolutely love how friendly and efficient she is. Its a pure joy to have her come clean my entire home. And she is very sweet to my puppy. She is very upbeat and cheerful while she cleans. I look forward to having her back in my home. Maid Pro has been cleaning our house for years, and we currently get biweekly cleanings. All of the staff are wonderful, but Heather is our favorite! My pup loves her too! Our house is always sparkling and smells fresh and clean after Heather’s cleanings! We adore Heather and our house has never looked better! Heather pays attention to all the small details and is very thorough. My husband and I are able to spend our free time relaxing and doing the activities we enjoy, because MaidPro takes care of the cleaning. Weekends are so much more fun without having bathrooms and floors to scrub! Once MaidPro began cleaning our home regularly, it significantly reduced our stress levels. The biweekly cleanings are affordable, and MaidPro has been flexible and understanding when we need to adjust our schedule. Rachel, in the office, has been great to communicate with and has always been very helpful and kind. We will continue to look forward to our cleanings! Coming home to a spotless house is the best!

We are very happy with the regular service that we receive from MaidPro. They are always responsive to our requests and feedback, and we have no concerns regarding the safety or cleanliness of our house. Rebecca in particular is phenomenal - always friendly, greets our pets by name, reliable. Sometimes if we want to change the date of a scheduled cleaning, we decide not to because then we wont get Rebecca!

I had 3 lovely ladies come clean my dad’s house before Thanksgiving since we had guests coming to stay with us. They did such a thorough job and really went above and beyond in comparison to other people I’ve used. So happy they were able to fit us in with such short notice. My dad was really impressed. Well my first cleaning was amazing!! My second cleaning came around one month later (I have a monthly service) and I come home to my belongings being broken. I have a child gate that separates the upstairs from the downstairs and when I got home it was set up how it was before but broken in half. I did not receive a letter, a phone call, or anything telling me that she accidentally broke it. I even left her a note saying that she can call me if she needed anything. When I called to explain what happened and to cancel my services the manager defended the cleaner by saying that she is young and doesn’t have any kids so she isn’t familiar with how to use a child gate. Are you kidding me? I understand that child gates are not in your job description, but maybe you should have just left it where it was then. It’s set up very low and you are able to easily step over it if needed. All in all, I’m a pretty easy going person and I honestly would have been fine if the maid Dana was upfront and honest about it rather than setting it back up thinking I wouldn’t notice it. Anyway, I think they do a good job at cleaning but I am not satisfied with how dishonest they are. I cancelled my services and will not be using MaidPro again.

Maid Pro has been providing cleaning services at my home for over a year now and I have been exceptionally impressed and pleased with all of their work. I rarely write a review, but I had to this time! Our girl Brandy deserves 10 stars! I loved her personality! She is friendly, well mannered yet very professional, representing the company well! She’s been cleaning a 3-bedroom apartment for 3 college boys AND a cat that moved out a few days ago! She did a superb, over-the-top job! Very thorough cleaning, attentive to details! Beyond what I expected! The refrigerator was immaculate. The dirty oven was spotless inside! When she entered the apartment on move-out day, the look on her face, told me she wanted to walk out! Instead, she just took it all in stride and worked a miracle! The apartment looked and smelled great! When I turned in the keys, I told them the apartment was in better shape than when they moved in 2 years ago! This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a cleaning service! Please ask for Brandy when looking for someone to clean your home or office! As for the company itself, they deserve 10 stars as well. We have had to reschedule numerous times due to the boys class schedules and they were always very accommodating!

I have had them come out twice to clean. Heather is amazing, and sweet and very fun to talk to. She does the best job she can, but she is limited because of company rules. No bleach in the bathroom means the grout is still gross and discolored and gets moldy. We have a 100 year old house with 60 year old showers, and 6 people using them. They need to be scrubbed with bleach. So I have decided to cancel services since I spend an hour after they leave scrubbing shower grout so it doesnt look disgusting. 3 stars because the women are great, but the job is not done when they leave as far as i am concerned.

Had a great cleaning today by Linda at MaidPros. Shes been cleaning for us for several years now. Shes flexible, asks great questions, and works with changes to the areas of my house as needed. Shes also very careful about not leaving doors open since we have cats. I highly recommend these guys! Thanks again!

I have the monthly cleaning service from Maid Pro. They are really great. The girls work hard to make sure everything is spotless when they leave and that everything is done that you asked for. Definitely worth the price tag to have a clean space.

Horrible customer service. The manager I spoke with was rude and insulting. I will not use this service again nor will I recommd them. I have used them before and was well pleased. Not this time. Every note they had about what I requested was wrong. They have chopped away at the services they used to provide. I paid for a deep cleaning and was provide with a quick move out clean... where this Info is Beyond me. I have never had to complain about a service before but this was just awful. The girls were good but the management was lacking customer service knowledge. It’s a shame.

Im a big fan of Rachel White and her cordial, hard-working team. I had lots of problems with other cleaning services in the past, so I have latched onto MaidPro.They do a fabulous job, and everyone they employ brings the highest level of professionalism and work ethic. Warning - this company will rip you off. We have used them 2 times and with the first issues we should have stayed away but thought we would give them another try. BIG MISTAKE! We were having a special event at our home and wanted a clean to prepare for the party we tried to have them come out on a certain date and that was not available so had to wait for service, my wife had to watch everything to make sure they did what was asked as the first time we had to have them come back to do what was outlined before service started. We initially used them to do w whole house clean and dust prior to moving into our home we purchased. We asked for the house to be dusted - kitchen bathrooms shelves and cabinets. They did a nice job in the floors but didn’t touch the inside of cabinets or anything else that was above 5 feet from the floor. No ceiling fans no shelves. All in all poor service. We called and voiced our displeasure and they sent another crew out to finish and delayed our move in a few days. We were traveling out of state and while in a flight they showed up to our home to clean when we never even scheduled it to begin with. Apparently when we set up the one time clean they automatically set us up for bi-weekly service without our knowledge. We called to reach a resolution and they refused to make it right to our satisfaction as we did not authorize them to charge our credit card for the whole amount of service - $250.00 for just showing up on a day we didn’t ask for. My advice and after looking at the reviews I see that I am not the only one that has had issues with Maid-Pro of Lakeland. My advice stay away there are other more reputable people around that will do a much better service.

Picked MaidPro because I read and heard so many great things about the company, local and nationwide. The first time they came I informed them that my nephew was allergic to dust. Needless to say they told me they were the best at what they do. i had a 2bed. 2 bathroom apartment. I was texted mid way through to tell me more time was needed on my home for an additional 110. Because I had family coming in town the amt was paid. The house was still clean in 2 1/2 hours with the help of 2 other parties. To the normal eye the home was beautiful until i started touching my blinds full of dust and looking at the baseboard that weren’t clean. I was emailed with an apology and told that my service provider would be out JANUARY 20th to fix the issue at my next cleaning appt! That was quickly changed to the next day and was ready for my next appt after my family left over he holiday. Before maidpro arrived i informed them I no longer needed the 2nd bedroom and bathroom cleaned. The gentlemen told me I might as well since the cleaner would be there for 2 hours. When she got there I explained the same thing, less work more time, more attn to the other areas. Another disappointment after looking at everything. I will post photos of how the cleaner broke one of my flowers on my bed and put it on my bar in the kitchen on a vase, she mopped around the case of water, she did not clean the baseboards, she spilled candy under the couch and the ONLY reason I Know this is because I couldn’t find any of my remotes ( They were in a CANDLE HOLDER). When moving my couch I found the candy. This could have caused ants or other pest!! The trash I can take out myself but why are there pine needles from Christmas still in the top of the garbage can? I am fully disgusted with MaidPro. My coworkers from work asked me about my wonderful service and I had to tell them to NEVER go with this company. I suppose I work for a company that has standards and this company clearly has mediocre. I was given the option to do bi weekly cleanings because my home was “highly active”... How will you clean in 3 hours if you could not clean in 2 1/2 and Charge me double? Disgusted wit MP and will never use again. I have and plan to tell everyone I come in contact with how this company is ran. Thank Rachel for the refund.

Maid pro has been taking care of our housekeeping needs for over 12 years. Currently, Rebecca has been assigned to our account. She always does a fantastic job and goes out of her way to make sure that we are happy and well taken care of. Keith and Rachael are always helpful in making any scheduling changes or taking care of special requests, such as cleaning our carpets. We highly recommend MaidPro!

Week 1: Service was good and they sent about 4 people to our house...I guess they try to make an impression on the first clean?Week 2: They forgot to clean an entire room. They also forgot to clean our appliances. Marked both items off on the checklist, even though they didnt clean them. Checklist is meaningless apparently.Week 3: They forgot to clean an ENTIRE bathroom. Not oh they just missed a few spots. No. They just didnt clean the entire bathroom. Marked it off as cleaned on their checklist, of course. During this clean, the person cleaning asked us about 10 times to leave them a review on Google. Stated that she gets a bonus when people leave reviews...basically they guilt people into leaving them 5 star reviews, which is how they have so many. She was very nice, but come on...you forgot to clean an entire bathroom...If you need proof that they are guilting people into leaving reviews, notice that the cleaners name is mentioned in almost every review...this is likely how they track it and give bonuses.Week 4: We were out of town so we left them our garage code. They wrote the code down wrong and couldnt get in the house. Tried to tell me that I gave them the wrong code, which isnt true.Week 5. I fired Maid Pro due to incompetence and hired a new company.

I do not know what I would do without MaidPro. The service and people are excellent. There is nothing better than coming home from work and walking into a spotless house. Thank you for all that you do!!!

I also have to say that customer service with this company has been top notch. After my first cleaning I had some concerns, I just made a phone call, they were so nice about it and offered to come out at no charge to make it right. Stacey regularly comes for my house cleaning and she is very nice and effecient when she is here. My only problem is when substitutes come for her. They are not always as conscientious as she is. The service is not worth what they charge you. We had them come clean our new home before we moved in. We outlined to the customer service rep that we wanted a deep clean before we moved in our furniture. He quoted me 5 hours to clean an empty house. Please note that they also charge you by man hours, not actual hours to clean. We had 5 ladies come out and clean the house for an hour. This was not made clear with the quote. They left dust on the shelves in the bathrooms and closets, cobwebs in the corners of the ceilings and windows, and bugs and dirt in the light fixtures. Our baby crawled across the hardwood floor after they left, and his hands and knees were black after a few minutes. Would not recommend, and will not be using them again.
