I gave it a one because I never been here me and my husband was across the street in the parking lot training we have never been there so I cant tell you about them but I would like to stay there it looks clean and quiet

Dont have much good to say. I know the maintenance guy who evidently isnt one of the owners like he said he was. I talked to him and was told they had 3 open properties and he would meet with me on a Friday. Well Friday came and I was about to head that way so I texted him and he said hed have to do it Monday. I specifically told him if you cant do it just let me know he assured me that everything was fine. Monday came I call no answer go to the vape shop nowhere to be found when he set the meeting. Called him a couple more times and nothing. It is almost a month later and my girlfriend even called the agency and left many messages for the real owner and nothing. So just beware make sure you go in person and dont go on anyones word. And by the way this was not a favor I asked or anything like that I just happened to remember this certain person telling me he had properties for rent. My girlfriend has spent over a grand at the vape store. And the whole time we were supposedly friends hes this big business man. Well I hope business is better then your word. Thanks again, Ryan

My daughter stays there just visits but the apartments are ok.

This place is Great !!! Very clean! Onsite maintenance available 24/7! Nice BBQ area. Fresh paint when we moved in. Very nice management. Appliances clean and newer. All block, cold Air Conditioner. My Son is very happy here.

Any available rentals ? Need long term rental

Have been renting from them for over 5 years good people and good neighbors never had any issues.
