Always do a great job on my sons hair

Horrible customer service. The owner act as if he did not want my business because I came at a quarter till 5 and got told that they closed at 6 p.m. however they closed at 5:30 p.m. I stood outside for 15 minutes and so he decided to let me in to cut my sons hair. They had to Barbers that act as if they did not know what they were doing nor did they want to cut my sons hair so after waiting for 40 minutes I decided to leave with my son. I will never go back there again and what makes it so sad is that I believe in supporting African American businesses.

Great atmosphere, clean environment, more than reasonable prices, ESPECIALLY for the quality of work. Go see Alton Walker. Lets put it this way, I could walk in here, see Alton, not say a word, pet him do his work, then go to an emportant meeting without looking at a single mirror to check my hair and know that Im the cleanest looking person in the room. He has that kind of respect from me. All the other guys are too knotch, too, dont get me wrong, but alton is my B A R B E R. 💯 ❌🧢

I swear this is the best place to get a Cut !! Alton is my favorite barber, but to be honest the whole staff is top notch !! No matter your hair texture or style your looking for these guys will get you looking super clean, sharp, and satisfied !! Other barbershops be rushing through cuts and so concerned about how many heads they can get done in an hour, over at My touch each barber takes their time to make sure each client is properly groomed and I truly appreciate that. Side note: THEY WILL NOT PUSH YOUR HAIRLINE BACK !! That’s for sure !!

If you want to wait 2-3 hours, with an appointment, go to Alton. He gives good cuts, has bad customer service. My son and I had gone to him twice thinking we found a good barber. The third time we had appointments for 5:30 and 6:00. I arrived at 5:28 and my son didnt sit in Altons chair until 7:30. We didnt finish our cuts until 8:30. If you want a good cut and dont have anything else to do, go to Alton. He is good, but disrespectful. He knows he has skills, so its like you are not a priority as a customer. I would score him much higher if he was not a diva.

I must admit, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this barber shop. Im always treated special. Im sure its not just me, but all persons who enter this establishment probably feel the same. My barber ALTON is no joke. He puts it down on my head. On a daily basis Im asked who cuts your hair? I cant leave the owner PRINCE out. Hes just an all round good person and an EXCELLENT barber.
