I would like to personally say a big thank you to Vanessa, no pressure on anything I had oil changed at a 10 minute oil change place will not disclose not going to bash another company but I very seldom ever go to these places for reasons as this but anyway had oil changed and about 220 miles later as I was driving my oil gauge goes to zero I checked no engine noise at all checked oil about half qt over full but plenty of oil cranked truck up and give some fuel and gauge goes to just over half way witch is normal let cool down drove it yesterday trying to mimic issues went to several shops some I know personally since was in towing field for over 30 years I knew shauns from back when on a fla Ave and very seldom ever towed a car back due to not being repaired correctly first time anyway all others wanted to start throwing parts at it not this place spoke with tech Boyd witch I knew from business but he advised let’s try oil change first then if it keep up we can move to next stage and I agreed with his logic while doing oil change so we know exactly what oil and filter we are working with he discovers the other her company put wrong oil filter non truck witch definitely can cause this issue and did an inspection four a few other issues such as radiator hoses not replaced when new radiator was just installed about 2 months ago and was charged for them they were leaking and a couple of other small issues anyway they advised would get estimate together and call me with prices not pushy did business the old fashioned way with integrity!!! They have defiantly earned 100% percent of my business for my old beater truck and wife’s almost new car this place is now passed on to son and daughter in law great couple with a great manager and techs !!! It may have only been an oil change at this point but they could have taken advantage of me as I am disabled but they didn’t .. my hats off to all of you. .. and you would be doing yourself a great injustice not to give these Guys and laddie a chance and did I mention price for synthetic oil change was cheaper than I paid for conventional oil change at other place ... Great Place And Great People Hope To See you There Keep up the good work and attitude guy sincerely customer for life...!!
