Love love this place.. If you are in Lakeland you must visit. I could spend hours just looking and still not see everything. Plus you will enjoy a great conversation with the owners. Heres my find.

All sorts of amazing antiques and vintage finds. Like kitchenware, furniture, record albums, collectibles, paintings, & so much more. I enjoy collecting vintage and antique items so i really enjoyed it. Check it out its 2 stories full to browse. I entered through the Bay St. side.

I love this shop. If I could afford it Id buy half the stuff in there. If you have family that loves antiques as much as I do you will definitely want to do all of the holiday shopping at this place they are fantastic.

While the store itself was nice, I was heartbroken to see the poor parrot kept inside a decrepit cage upstairs. She moved so sluggishly, trembled, and made no sound apart from occasional wheezing (parrots are inherently loud). It was an extremely saddening sight. Her cage seemed like it hadnt been cleaned in quite a while (the bottom was filthy with feces and littered food), and there was little enrichment inside apart from a branch or two, and a single toy. I cant stomach supporting a business that so evidently neglects its pet, probably keeps her within a cage for entire days/nights, and most likely caused her to become sick. I pray that my review will be noticed, because she deserves better living conditions, not a pitiful cage where her only purpose is entertainment. I would advise against supporting this business, honestly, given this disheartening truth.

Very nice antique shop. Plenty to look at and enjoy. When you go upstairs be sure to say hi to the parriot.

I came into this establishment to look for a simple little jar for a project Im going to do and I did find what I was looking for, it was $4 but I didnt have any cash to buy it and I wouldve had to spend a minimum of $10 to use debit. No big deal, so I decided not to buy it. Well my boyfriend gave me some cash so I went back with him to buy that little jar. When we walked in the super old lady said oh youre back! Did you bring money this time? I was a bit taken aback, hearing that sly remark come from her. Both of the women behind the counter about died from laughing. I wouldnt advise anyone to purchase anything from here, its wayyy overpriced anyways. Not to mention they have a poor parrot upstairs that looks utterly terrible and poorly taken care of.

I love Lloyds . I could spend hours there. Hes got some cool giant marbles.

This is a great place with an assortment of collectibles. Its a 2 story building and its packed. Some sections have deep discounts so its worth a browse.

I’ve been here a few times throughout the years, and I absolutely love old things. Decided to spend some time on a Saturday here. Well lit and so much to browse! I circled the entire place probably 3-4 times and one still might miss something lol. It’s well lit and well arranged. I could probably browse for hours. Some prices are a little steep but no one should be surprised by this when it’s called antique for a reason. I ended up with two tiny pill and trinket boxes for next to nothing and when shown a Victorian era art glass tumbler, I couldn’t leave without it. Outside my meager budget but worth it for such a unique and old item. Not sure why some reviews say staff isn’t personable, because I definitely found them quite friendly and will return if not for any reason other than to admire the many beautiful objects. I’d say anyone shopping here would definitely find something they love! If you’re downtown, I’d recommend stopping in.

So much stuff its amazing! You can be in here for hours picking through the Beautiful antiques and retro items all kinds that you could imagine. Its lovely inside and clean. And the staff is like having a live Encyclopedia of all things antique, vintage, and retro.

Theres something for everybody here, and despite the two floors being jam packed with all sorts of things, the store manages to stay organized. Great place to go to burn some cash or just sift through relics of the past.

Its huge, has a lot of cool stuff, but is extremely overpriced. There are a lot of other antique stores in the area that are even better and priced much more reasonably. But, if price is of no concern for you the selection here is good.

If you love antiques, funky and junky things, youll love Lloyds. You could spend a couple of hours and still not see everything. Steve is fun and incredibly knowledgeable about his store and the art of collecting. You will definitely find some goodies here!

Not worth the trip from Tampa Bay. Staff could be more helpful and have a better demeanor. Items range from junk to antiques to uncommon items, and dealers have the usual thrift store pickings. Prices are high, especially for the area. Plant City has better offerings.

So many cool things. I went twice in one day because i got excited to show someone their music section. Beautiful 2 story building has always been clean every time ive been. There are sections set up for things like music, comic books, games, old thing, etc. Great prices. Very kind owner.

I am moving to Lakeland and just happened by this store...OMG, I am so loving it. I thought everyone was very helpful and sure, some of the prices might be a bit high, but a lot of times it is the vendors they have doing their own pricing, and sometimes, if you ask, they might be able to lower a price, again, depending on the vendor. I cant say enough good things about this place, and I promise you, I will be a regular.

The staff is pretty helpful and they have a lot of interesting stuff. There is an upstairs as well accessible through stairs in the back, so dont miss that. One of my favorite places to walk around exploring.

Really nice place

Expensive, crowded with items, and totally awesome. You may not be able to afford anything, but it is such a nice place to visit. Also, dont forget to go upstairs and meet their gorgeous bird. we had the pleasure of hearing Southeastern students sing to him/her, and the bird was rocking out. Pretty cool.

Excellent staff. I found a small Christmas paper mache Santa. I wish I had more time to go t brough the store.

Nice store a downtown fixture. Its nice they dont follow you around like your a thief like the other ones.

Now this is a clever place to check out for gifts. It is filled with old stuff some of which will be auctioned off on TV.

They really dont want to sell you anything here. More like a museum. Price way too high. Nice stuff just they value their stuff way more than most people can afford.

I have never been so disappointed. I waited for months to bid on a specific item on the auction that just completed. I bid once or twice but then waited days until closer to the end. Sunday as it ended I put in final bids. And watched the time clock go to 0 saying I won the item. then immediately the time clock reset itself to 9 or 10 minutes and started it over again so I did the same thing, I bid and watched it till it was down to the end. Once again it ended saying I was the winner and once again the time clock reset itself. And I lost the bid. I sent a message. asking why this would do such a thing Ive been told its the policy so people cant Skype other peoples items. Surely you can see how unfair this practice is for people who are watching items for days and bidding on them as they go. It appears to me this practice is made to run the cost of the item up and cost up to the consumer. Its unfair and its a poor practice that they need to change. This drove the cost of the item I was bidding on up at least $50 and allowed somebody else the chance who knew this was going to be reset to go in and Skype the item. This is the very practice they say wasthis policy setwas established to avoid. How about we just keep it fair.
