Annas Maids came to my house to do a deep cleaning before a party. They came on time, were prepared, and asked me what was important to clean before they got started. My house looked and smelled very clean after they finished. I plan to use them again when I have a similar need in the future.

Anna’s maids are the most professional cleaning team that I have encountered in Chicago. I never have to worry that my place was not extremely clean after a visit!

The cleaning lady was 40 minutes late and she did an awful job. I literally had to tell her to clean in particular areas that most cleaning companies would have done. I told her to wash the dishes and place them in the dishwasher and after I checked, she placed all dirty dishes inside and did NOT start the machine. I paid for a deep cleaning and I did NOT receive a basic cleaning. I absolutely would NEVER use them or refer them again! Quality was beyond poor.
