They came out within a day, did a thorough walk thru and inspection, explained step by step what would happen and gave us our quote. Hayden was so thorough and shared his own personal experiences and suggestions once we determined we did not have mold. Didnt try to sell us services that we didnt need, but helped us determine which services would help with allergy and sinus issues. Gave us a referral for other services we might need and his contact information in case we had other questions. We will recommend the company and Hayden.

David n Hayden are the two best persons in the world. Their work is top notch. I had a bit of mold issue in attic. I was getting annoyed that i could not do anything to get rid of it. Then came David and his organic mold removal treatment process. We set a date time shortly to treat the mold. The process was over within 3 hours. I did not even have to leave the house. David is not just super professional he is super helpful as well. This was my first year of owning a house. He showed me how to take care of the house and went out of his way to check if my house humidifier is setup right. He also knows the right people to look into things to get things done. Hayden is also very helpful. He did the mold cleaning treatment and getting rid of the leftover black residue to make my attic look new. The result is amazing. I am very happy with the end state. I would highly recommend them and their treatment procedure. They also provide one year warranty on the mold removal treatment. But don’t think i would need it. Fingers crossed :) . Anyways they are the folks who will get it done for you and their service/price is very competitive and reasonable.

Dave and Hayden were very professional. I wasnt sure if I had mold in my house or not, so I wanted to rule it out. Dave came out and after a consultation and inspection, he deemed it not necessary for a service. I so much appreciated not being sold something I didnt need. If I did think I had mold in the future, I would definitely call them!!!

I have never seen a company lie to there customers as these guys. They promised me with there fogging technology it will give me time to fix my house. Not only did they lie but it took them 2 months to give my refund back. The people that came to my house refused they did anything wrong. They took 2000 dollars from my family and the product did nothing. They didnt even want pay the full refund amount back. They didnt even want to pay me a check they instead paid me through cash app and I paid a 30 dollar fine for my refund to enter to my account. They even told my younger brother he would be safe sleeping in the house only for him and I to go to the emergency room for lung problems. These guys are straight up bogus, the way they treated my family especially in these jobless times is inexcusable. They also were taking screenshots of my conversations to try to keep my money. They wouldnt even call me or have a conversations of my issue. I cannot believe I lost 30 dollars for months of lies and bogus treatment. Im surprised I even got almost my full amount. But the way they treated me, my family and the lack of urgency for my money is astounding. I do not recommend these guys. Straight up awful. The owner Is a liar. Instead of giving my money back he instead took on other jobs. The amount of greed in this company is insane. Never ever will I do business with pure maintenance and neither should you.they think 30 dollars was a lot of money and they refuse to pay it. Just an astounding level of greed. Wow

I found a bunch of mold in my basement, called up a few different places to get some quotes. Dave from pure came by, told us of the technique he used to eliminate mold. I was very hesitant but after doing a lot of my own research, I found out that it is very effective. call them in an appointment, they came by the next morning, and all the mold in my basement is gone. Hadyn was the one that came, and he was great. ALL the mold is gone. Highly recommend these guys

We had some issues with mold in various places in our house and decided to go with Pure Maintenance when given a recommendation by a contractor in our area. The job was done in a few hours. Dave was thorough when explaining and answering our questions about the process and clean-i[. He was informative, professional, obviously concerned with customer satisfaction, and was very prompt to call or text to answer any questions that we had. We are hoping that the treatment and tips he gave us help to keep mold at bay.

Dave did an AMAZING job with our mold remediation. We had purchased a foreclosure that had sump pump issues. There was standing water that caused mold to grow throughout the whole basement. Local restoration companies were trying to charge through the roof and Dave was very fair with his price. He traveled 2.5 hours from Chicago to treat our house! He even stayed the night and did another treatment in the morning. Dave called us and kept us in the loop every step of the way. He followed up with us multiple times to make sure everything was going well with the house. Before Dave had come, the house smelled so bad. It had the typical musty odor you would expect with mold growth. Afterwards, the house smelled brand new. I would recommend Dave to anyone! Whether it’s your house or your business he’s the man for the job.

Im very pleased with the service of Pure Maintenance. Hadyn was the technician who came out to do air quality testing. He was very professional, thorough and helpful. After doing my research on what company to use to do mold testing, I chose Pure Maintenance because of their reputation of being honest and thats exactly what I saw through my experience as well.

We called Pure Maintenance of Illinois to inspect our attic. Haydn stopped by after finishing another job and explained what was needed. We agreed to go ahead pending his delivery of product. He texted us later that evening and said he received the shipment and could do the work on Friday. He texted with an arrival time Friday, set up and was finished before lunchtime. He took photos of before, during and after the work so we could see the results. We couldn’t be happier with the job he did. Highly recommend Dave and Haydn.

My husband and I highly recommend Dave and the Pure Maintenance treatment! We were very concerned when we discovered black mold in our unfinished room addition after all the wet weather we had had. Dave was friendly, on time, reassuring and very knowledgeable. He treated the mold, answered all of our questions and followed up with us. Pure Maintenance swiftly responded to a request for mold remediation. I called the company on a Sunday and was able to talk to the owner. Due to the severity of the mold issue, he came out the next day to assess the problem. Once solved, he referred us to a company that updated our ventilation. We breathe better now and feel at ease that they solved this problem for us so quickly. Highly recommend.

Thank you to Dave @ Pure Maintenance for the huge help in getting rid of the mold and mold spores in our home that were causing scary health issues for my husband! Since the dry fogging, my husband has been breathing better and we could immediately tell there was significant improvement. We can now live in our home feeling much more at ease instead of worrying about when the next trip to the ER will be due to an allergic reaction. From the start, Dave was great to work with - friendly & reliable, I can tell he cares about others & providing quality service. He went above & beyond by identifying the cause of the mold, which was a faucet leak in the bathroom, encouraged me to get it fixed right away, and even made sure the fan in our bathroom was clean enough to function properly. The dry fogging itself did not take a long time and was very easy for us as we didnt even have to prepare by removing things from our home, etc. The whole process was so easy & smooth. Pure Maintenance did my fathers home due to mildew smell and possible mold. Wasnt sure of this fog technology but wanted to give it a try because it was about a 1/3 of the cost from competing remediation companies. They arrived on time and was in and out within 3 hours. About an hour after they were gone, we were able to go back into the home and no one had any issues. Only a slight vinegar smell was present. Its been over a month and the home still smells fresh and free of that mildew smell.Im so impressed with this business that I became a partner.
