Ken was amazing! We were at our wits end when he came to try to tow my dads truck out of the sand - two other towing companies had already come and failed before him. I had a 4 wheel drive truck with a dead starter on the second floor of a busy parking garage in West Palm Beach that wasn’t accessible to tow trucks. The driver, Leo, scheduled the time for towing when the garage was less busy, communicated his ETA and arrived on time. Then, pushed the truck from the second floor out of the garage. Leo towed the truck to where it needed to go without charging a penny more than what was quoted. In summary, honest, professional, experienced and they get my top marks for a recommendation should you need any towing service in the Palm Beach area.

AMAZING!!!My daughter had a 2 am deadline by the condo where she was parked to move the car but she was out of the country. If the car was towed it wouldve easily cost over $1000 to get the car out of storage. It was 12:30 am when we were notified to move car.Leo was at the location before 2 am and towed the car to my daughters place of residence. Leo was super meticulous and communicated every step of the way from start to finish.He was incredibly friendly, courteous, and professional. My mom was stuck on the side of 95 for over and hour and a half talking with Mercedes trying to find a tow truck. Finally, we start calling private companies and either no one answered or super busy.Well... Duvalls was last on the list because it was pretty far from where we were. I was called the closest companies.They answered immediately and said they were available! My mom was scared being out on the side of the road at night even though I was with her! My car broke down today and in about 20 minutes after calling Duvall was there to the rescue. The tow truck driver who helped me out is also the owner of the company. The price for the tow was very reasonable and the service was great!! I work on the road and I am sure someday I will need a tow, I now know who to call! Now I just need to have this much luck finding a mechanic..

I never really write a review but I thought they deserved the credit. What an amazing company. I was out of town and my car needed a tow. I looked them up and they came to my rescue! I would use them anytime I am in town, great service with a smile. Very friendly especially while I was upset because my car was not working.

Thanksgiving night is probably the worse time to break down on i-95 but thanks to that unfortunate event I got to meet the nicest person. Thank you for towing me back home Ken and god forbid I break down again Duvalls will be the first call I make.

DONT USE THIS PLACE, The owner Ken is a snake. They towed my vehicle and placed it on soft stone where a screw in the back tire gave me a flat tire. This clown Ken then goes on to explain that he only moved the vehicle 20 feet and the tire was flat before he towed it. Right!!!! All the tires were completely fine when it went on the truck and then when I go get it 2 hours later its magically flat. No fricken apology not a thing. Do yourself a favor and dont use this clown.

Ken is extremely knowledgable about towing and safety. Would highly recommend! He even told me about the emergency glass breaker and seatbelt cutter for accidents and offered to install it with my tow!
