I have been attempting to request my money back for services not rendered for the past week. I have been waiting and still not received a response from a tax professional. You dont offer live chat to your free software online service. You charge five times more for the same service compared to Turbo tax. I have been on hold for 2 hours since 9 am this morning and as of this writing waiting to speak to someone in customer service. The first customer service representative placed me on hold then hung up after waiting on hold for over 1 hour. I would never recommend H & R block to my worst enemy. if I could give a score of ZERO I would. Worst tax service on the planet.

I HAVENT HAD A REFUND IN YRS THIS MAN MANAGED TO DO SO FOR US SO HAPPY ALSO I WAS UNAWARE OF 600.00 STIMULUS PAYMENT FOR JANUARY NEVER GOT IT GETTING IT NOW :)

My boyfriend was doing his taxes and had awful experience keep. Did barely spoke English one of the ladies had the close sign when she was open but there was no lights and the internet was down. And we didnt get any updates about internet being down
