Rude and disrespectful. I wouldnt suggest anyone to this reality company. In your defense i did not find you to be rude, until you suggested that i educate myself.. You crossed a line saying something like that to someone who was a potential client. Suggesting that i was upset shows that you may not have the people skills to work with the general public. I was not going to even review your company until you had you sent me an email after i said that you do not have to respond which was your insulting email questioning my intelligence. -5 stars for your poor communication skills.

Very pleased with our experience in selling our home with Jaana! I had actually signed up with another realtor who I knew previously but was unhappy with his approach to lowball the price of our home to make a quick sale. On advice from a friend, we contacted Jaana and she not only listened to us but got us a sale relatively quickly in a slowing market, and got us a final sale price $14K higher than the previous realtor wanted to start the listing at! She was responsive, super helpful and very accommodating. When I asked about doing an open house, she set it right up. She had beautiful listing pictures taken that really helped to set our listing apart from the others. She followed up with other agents who showed the house and she walked us through the process step by step. She made it so much easier for us, as we were living 6 hours away at the time.
