Although I have been out of state for 12 years, and the Chafins have taken a long overdue retirement. I was treated withrespect and an efficient manor. I am pleased, by the new owners.

My daughter is in marching band and is pretty rough with her sax. The repair service we get from Chafin is excellent and they try to get your instrument back fast. The store itself has a nice inventory of instrument and accessories.

I love Chafin Music. Jeff and Sue are wonderful people, and Danny and the rest of the staff have always bent over backwards to help get me exactly what I need. I’ve been doing business with them since my family moved here in the 80’s... I’ve bought guitars, amps, band instruments, sheet music, a grand piano, and many other things from them over the years. We just rented a saxophone for our son who is starting elementary school band, and once again, they took great care of us. Great business. Guitar Center was going to charge me an arm and a leg just to fix one tuning knob (they wouldnt replace just one with a spare part, they would only recommend that I buy a while new pack, AND charge me for installation). I went to Chafin and a man there spent 20+ minutes looking for a spare knob and when he found one, didnt even charge me. Always support your local businesses instead of a corporation.

I was playing my 12 string tonight and got to thinking about where I bought it in June of 1981 and googled chafin I am pleased they are still in business
