Dont pay their vendors and have Horrible service reps. Will never work for them again, and would never recommend them managing a job in my store. Megan Hellner in particular is unprofessional but accounting also fails to do the right thing and pay the people who actually did the work for them, after being told the amount is approved. If you are a corporate customer looking for a Maintenance company call someone who actually has the knowledge and care to handle retail locations, NMS runs their work orders terribly.

They contacted me about parking lot repairs, did all the paper work back in February of 21.did the Repairs March, contacted them about payment in May, got we did not receive your paper work re-send, called in June /I got we didn’t receive your invoice / I guess they’ll receive my mechanic lien in July

Did emergency dryer service in Portland OR for Ulta. Kim approved quotes and was told check will be sent right after job completion. 30+ days latter no check and bunch of excuses and transferring back in forth between extensions and voice-mail with no results. Will be contacting Ulta HQ & Service Channel now.

Did emergency water extraction work at a mall store for them in Glendale Arizona. This was on a holiday mind you. Got the store stamp and went through all of their paperwork sent in a day later. After I see the invoice is past due I call them and they let me know the company filed bankruptcy a week later and we wont be getting paid. Keep in mind they never called me to let me know or sent me any legal paperwork.If you work for these people you are rolling the dice if you are ever going to get paid. I suggest you get at least half the money up front to cover your expenses.Do not recommend working for this middle man company at this time.

I’ve worked for NMS for over a year and had no problems. They always offer me extra work in the area when available. Be professional and do your paperwork and you get paid on time. Theresa and Dawn have been great to work with!

Extremely rude service call center employees. I wont ever work for these people and by the 2 STAR rating they made the choice easy for me. Best of luck nothing ruins a business like rude employees and managers that are never available...this is telling.

They will add conditions and restrictions to payment. Get the money upfront or not at all.
