Bought my hearing aids from a hearing center up north and had a problem with 1 of them when I was visiting my daughter in Florida. Rachel was happy to help she even adjusted my hearing aids after fixing it. She did a terrific job. Receptionist Enise is also very nice. Wonderful staff!
It was excellent! First rate! I was taken care of straight way! My hearing aid specialist Rachel Ortega, HAS was extremely experienced when giving me my hearing test!Afterwards she explained to me the degree of hearing loss I have and the type of hearing aid I could use!She explained to me the cost out of pocket with my HUMANA GOLD + and if I wanted I could get financing! She gave me a few options, but I wanted to speak to my wife first before I did anything!It was great! 5 STARS!!

Worst possible experience Ive ever had. The hearing aid specialist has 0 customer service ability. Very rude, brash, short with patients/customers. Refused to give me appropriate service and was told by my insurance that she did in fact receive my hearing aid. She has refused to contact me about its arrival. Ive waited over a month and I still have not received it or even had a phone call. When I called to find out the status, she yelled at me and was extremely rude. She had lost my order and decided to take it out on me. There is no licensed audiologist on staff at this location. I am greatly disappointed in the care and treatment Ive received from Hear USA.
I would give them a 0 rating but wouldnt let me do that. Went there on April 18th.Worst experience Ive ever had. Hearing Aid Specialist has 0 customer service ability. Treated me like the red headed step-child she thought I was. Belittled me in front of the other people in the front lobby. 1st thing, she let me know, she was giving up her lunch to see me. Never took me to a back office to talk with me. Did this all in the front lobby. Is this not a HIPPA VIOLATION!!!!!!!!, right there. Told me I needed to take better care of my medical records and have them in order and take better care of my life.When I told her what I was there for, she told me in no uncertain terms, 400%, that HEAR USA, is not going to pay for the special hearing aid I needed and that my insurance company wont either. Not truly understanding or knowing why i needed these special hearing aids, she just wrote me off.Have been trying to get with there customer service, famous last words, someone will get back with you in 1-3 working days. That was on April 18th, today is April 28th. Good thing Im not on oxygen or I would be dead by now, waiting.People that read this, do yourself a favor, stay away from here and go somewhere else. Go to a ENT SPECIALIST. I would not take my service animal to them if he had hearing trouble and he has been died for 2 1/2 years now.
