When I closed on my house back in January, my husband and I had to take off work for the closing. After leaving work, we found out that our closing was pushed back 30 minutes. When we arrived to the closing, we waited over an hour for the paperwork to be ready for closing.On top of that, as of June 3rd, I am still waiting for the check for my HOA fees to be received by my HOA. That check should have been sent in January on the same day as closing. When my HOA notified me they never received the check in March, I contacted the Title company. On March 6th, they told me the check was in the mail. My HOA notified me again in May that my payment was outstanding. It has taken repeated phone calls and emails to First American Title for this to be rectified.

Im a realtor here in Lake Worth and Susan Anderson is the perfect one for the job. My favorite part is that its not just her. Its a whole team. If I have issues, BAM, they are solved. This was my third deal with them and Im impressed.
