All County made all the arrangements which spared me from doing this while I was in an acute state of grieving . Price seemed very fair. A great service for those in need.

The team at All County Funeral Home treated me with such respect and compassion while I was working through the death a close family member. They were incredibly kind and gracious. One contact in particular made me feel as though I were receiving a warm hug each time we spoke on the phone. During a time when emotions are high this was much appreciated. Something else that stuck out was that while so many people I was dealing with had opinions about what I *should* do, the All County team was completely validating and supportive of what felt right to me - and they helped me make some decisions that would have been difficult to make alone. A few years ago I interviewed funeral homes by phone so I would be prepared if needed. I selected All County Funeral Home and now I know I made the right choice. They were so caring and attentive to all my needs, making a difficult situation bearable. I was able to complete all the paperwork online. All the employees I dealt with were extremely comforting.

We used All County for my fathers service in 2011 and thought we would use them now in 2021 for my sisters service. WHAT A MISTAKE… there was no coordination, they made a difficult situation harder than it needed to be. My mother was putting her daughter to rest and we had no clue what to do and even on the day of service still full of confusion, no one was set up to do the service and we were never told that we needed to set someone up to do the service. I had to step up and do a funeral not knowing what to do. The flowers weren’t there completely ridiculous all the effort we needed to do. Will NEVER use this company again.

Couldnt be happier with the service from All County Funeral Home. Sandy and Shannon were extremely helpful with our situation as my step-sister died and had no relatives in the area. All County went out of their way to help me work with relatives up in NJ to get everything accomplished. They were courteous, sympathetic and caring all the way; even contacting me to see if I was alright a month after she died. A family member died suddenly; nobody was prepared for the death. All Countys staff could not have been more helpful and more understanding. They explained everything I needed to know. They also did not push services or products that the family did not want or need. Everyone I spoke with was kind and also very responsive. I would get calls returned over the weekend because the staff didnt want me to worry. I appreciated their flexibility in how we wanted the service, and the priest they recommended, Father Gabriel, was much better than many clergy Ive heard who knew the deceased. They also recommended a florist who created a beautiful and tasteful arrangement. The chapel is calm and sweetly old Florida and you feel at peace there. I would recommend them to anyone planning in advance or in immediate need. All County was superb from start to finish. My only recommendation is that they upgrade their DVD player; it would not play the DVD we had put together to run at the beginning of the service.

I am reviewing All County Funeral Home. Working with All County Funeral Home lifted a heavy weight off my shoulders. The employees I worked with were extremely helpful in setting my mothers funeral up. I didnt live nearby and they were able to accomplish all the things I needed for the funeral with very little effort on my part. They were caring and understanding to my needs and I would say they were very affordable compared to other companies I delt with. They did seem to be very knowledgeable with Veterans funerals which is what I had. I would highly recommend them to all

A genuinely amazing service provided to myself and my family, especially at a time so difficult. Compassionate, understanding... wouldnt of wanted it to be any other way. Hopefully it will be quite some time before needing this type of service again, but when the time comes, I know exactly who to call. Maureen did a very great job with her assistant. These ladies drove from West Palm Beach all the way to Gainesville Forest Prairie Creek Conservation .Hot and humid bugs flying all around. These ladies assisted us through the hole service. It rained and they stayed with us in the rain now thats amazing and that deserves five stars. The Hospice (called Vitas Healthcare) where my husband was recommended All County Fineral Home & Crematory. I’ve called All County Funeral Home and spoke to them about my husband’s body cremation. They were so nice, understanding and professional, especially Sharon. They did everything in timely manner, even death certificates were received very quickly. I am very thankful for all they’ve done for me. And they were so sweet to call me few weeks later to find out how I feel and if I need help.

We lost a love one recently unfortunately we were stationed across the other side of the country.All county was as helpful as possible when everyone was on lockdown for COVID-19 in order to get us the help that we needed to be able to afford the cremation of our loved one.It took extra time to get in touch with the county all county was patient with us and they have continued to store our remains for us until we are able to come pick them up.Everyone was kind and courteous. We had a very positive experience with all county we are very grateful since we could not be there in person.

Very compassionate at a very difficult time.

All county stepped right in and took over my mother’s arrangements. They were kind, respectful, and extremely compassionate during this time. They worked together as a team to get me through the process and kept great communication. The prices were the most reasonable in town, and that didn’t stop their excellent customer service. My mother is now displayed beautifully in my living room, on an alter. It’s been a month to the day and they still text me and ask how I’m doing and how they can be of assistance. It’s not just a business for them. I highly recommend All county and in the event I have to go through this again, there is no doubt in my mind that I will definitely re-use their services.

I had such a good experience with this company the first time, that even though I had moved further away I still made it a point to use them again. My 98 year old mom was a victim of Covid-19. She lived 3 miles from me and we saw each other every day I was in town prior to the lockdown in her Assisted Living Facility. We were very close so of course losing her was a difficult time for me. The sincerity and professionalism of everyone on the staff has been a Godsend. Literally. On a scale of 1-10, these people are an 11.

This review is long overdue.Everyone at this location was amazing!(and the north location, namely Jaime, she went above and beyond to make sure our questions were answered and we were adequately helped through a difficult time)But at Lake Worth:Doug Thomas helped us through the actual booking and he was so professional and courteous. We were already grieving and it was difficult but Doug made the process painless and prompt.The funeral home takes care of everything and the chapel used for viewing is barely a couple miles away. Its a nice chapel with decent space. We had more than expected well over 100, and Tim Marlin (the coordinator at the chapel) was very accommodating.Even off hours, there is contact. We had to try to contact them during the Christmas holiday and they were still available and called us back promptly.Highly recommend. There is no second chance with this and they take their work very seriously so you dont have to be concerned.
