Overall it was a nice experience. I took my computer in when it was having some issues trying to start. They gave me a diagnostic and discovered that the cooling wasnt working right. They ordered a new cooler which arrived within the next day. They mounted it for me and I looked up the model. It was a decent cooler and they didnt charge me more than it was worth. The service fee was a little pricey, but they were good about keeping me updated and responding to my calls regarding my computer. They also allowed me to make sure it worked in the store before taking it home. I would recommend this place for computer repairs.

I purchased a motherboard for my Toshiba computer through this fraud of a company. I didnt know they were a fraud and didnt read any reviews before purchasing. I wish I would have because I would not have bought from them. I talked to David after buying my motherboard and told him we had not received it 2 weeks after we bought the board. I also explained to David that I needed it for a military school I was going to, to complete my college courses. I had been using my wifes computer to complete my college courses at home and would not have the access to her computer while I was at the military course. He had told me we didnt pay for it. I brought up my bank statement while I was on the phone with him and told him the date. I found the payment and said he would have his company send it out. Waited another 1 1/2 for the motherboard and didnt receive it. Called David and asked for a tracking number. He explained the warehouse was closed and would get it to me the next day. He had taken my email down and never sent me the tracking number. It might have been because they really never sent my board. Called David again and asked about the status and he told me it was never sent. He got the motherboard, said he had it in had and would send it out that night. Well, again David never did. I had asked for a refund, which I still have not received. He didnt want to give me the refund and said he would send it out. I didnt take the chance and asked for my refund. Here we are a week later and still no refund. Fully go down the list of this companys reviews and read. Many people who ordered online, and paid who didnt receive their parts. Motherboards are expensive and now I am out the money and motherboard. Horrible company, horrible customer service, DO NOT USE. I have also opened up a case with the BBB and submitted a review with them also. I am going to every place I can write a review and posting my experience hoping to help others not use this company.

Stay Away!!Terrible company terrible costumer service had to pay $140 for them to order parts to repair the phone parts never came in always an excuse to why. Got nothing but the run around the owner who was supposed to call me for days on end never did. They say the refunded the money but cant get a copy of if or any answer from them. Now have complaint in with my bank to get my money back .

The owner David, is completely unprofessional. I followed instructions on Groupon and called to make an appointment, never any answer. I finally go through with him last week Friday and received an appointment for Saturday, but my car was going to be in the shop so I asked if I can drop it off on Friday, he agreed. I got called in to work on Saturday unexpectedly and communicated that to him along with my BFs phone number to call and communicate with since I would not be able to till Monday. My car did not make it out of the shop until late Saturday night. Monday, when I reached out to him about picking up my phone, I was told that he left early and wont be returning to the store. he is a small business owner and does not have to wait for me. He mentioned calling me that morning and blamed me for not answering the phone when he has not left a message nor called the secondary number given to him. At that point I got really angry at his lack of effort in making himself available to return my property as I was on a 6am flight Tuesday. He insulted me for not picking my property on his time and not answering his call. I was in the middle of the ATLANTIC OCEAN!!! He is very unethical and unprofessional with what he says. I will never advise anyone to take their business to him.

Purchased a coupon to fix my phone. The guy wouldnt honor it and wanted to double the price for the fix, I had no choice I needed the phone, the guy put a different color screen on my phone and 3 days later the screen cracked in my pocket. Poor customer service and poor quality product. Find an official repair place

Well they were Transparent, Honest to me when they were telling me my problem with MacBook. Other place wanted to charge me more to fix my screen on my MacBook.

This is the worst ever. I paid for my part and as I was told no tracking number no delivery and basicaly nothing except that I did pay for nothing. The owner is the worst ever he basically says one thing and then he does nothing;. Voice mail is aleays full and he rejecteds your call. So he does not tell the thruth.

My dad recently purchased a replacement laptop keyboard from Coastech Computers, 832 N. Dixie Hwy, Lake Worth, Florida 33460. It turned out to be a very unpleasant experience. He completed the purchase online and paid via Paypal. He received a Paypal confirmation of the payment but no order confirmation from the seller. He called the seller the next day and was sent an order confirmation that was incorrect. Although it did indicate the correct item and price it had the wrong payment method and showed the order as Completed, although it was not. Over the next week He contacted the seller many times to request status and tracking information. He was given various excuses as to why the information could not be supplied. The favorite excuse seemed to be that the person with the information was on break and would return in 2 hours. After a week passed He initiated a dispute with Paypal. Only then did the seller ship an item. When the keyboard arrived it turned out to be the wrong one. He requested resolution from the seller but received no response. He then escalated the Paypal dispute to a claim. After a week of no response from the seller Paypal ruled in his favor. In summary I would advise people to stay away from this seller.
