We used Dig Limo for our wedding in Jupiter, FL. Without Don and his drivers, the day wouldn’t have been possible. We had 3 buses - a 14 passenger, 32 passenger and 55 passenger all with different pickup, drop offs and times but they didn’t miss a beat. Everything was on time and easy. Don was also great throughout the planning process - quickly responding to my questions and changes.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They LIE about their pricing, they tell you one thing, and then when its time to book they tell you a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT price!!! I have been in contact with them the last 72 hours, spoke to 3 different people and NO ONE could give me the price that was ALREADY given to me by the MANAGER/OWNER of the Company!!! They all said a different amount!! Ive been waiting on a callback FROM THE MANAGER for 3 days now, since she is the initial person I spoke with and gave me a set price. I had to call them AGAIN today since I NEVER received a call back and supposedly the same Manager answered, and completely lied saying she NEVER told me that!!! After I literally contacted 12 parents with a set price that was already given to me over the phone so our boys can get picked up from school for their 8th Grade Graduation!!! Lies, no call backs, and an unprofessional Manager stating even more lies!!! Unreal!!! THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Dig Limo was very helpful for my daughters wedding. Don spoke with me about many aspects of the wedding day and timeline before we hired this company. His fees were in line with the others I had spoken to. We used a limo and a passenger van for the wedding. I almost lost the service 2 days before the wedding because I had not printed out and faxed the paperwork to them due to the fact I had taken off 2 weeks from work where the fax opportunity was there for me. I received an email 2 days before the wedding that I would lose the limo if I did not fax the paperwork. I begged Don if I could just give him a credit card over the phone while I was with family for the evening to hold the limo until I could get into work to fax his paperwork and he said no credit card over the phone! Luckily, I was able to run into work to take care of this the next morning . We spoke about the entire timeline of events beforehand. I told him the Mass was at least an hour long and then a short time for photos as usual for a Catholic wedding. When I received my CC statement there was an extra 40.00 charged because he only allowed 45 minutes for the couple to be in the church and photos! Read your contract carefully if you have the time, I did not. I trusted our initial conversation. The driver of the limo to the venue got lost and the couple had to tell them how to get there. They were nervous about getting their photos taken outside before sunset. You cannot pay for this company online like all the other vendors used for our wedding. You HAVE to print and fax your paperwork information in. Something to remember. A black limo was provided instead of a white one but once again, my fault as I did not have the time to check if we were getting a white one for a wedding. All in all the service was acceptable because of the promptness and courtesy of the drivers and owner. I would recommend this limo service but be sure to read your contract carefully.

Worst experience ever.....Was told that a six passenger would fit 6 people comfortably. It only fit 4 people. We had to squish in. I had to sit on the floor for my wonderful 40th birthday. Owner was rude and did nothing....

We used Dignitary last month while my wife and I were on vacation in Palm Beach. These guys did a top notch job and gave us a very relaxing night without the added stress of driving! Thank you guys for a great job!

I was visiting florida for a business trip and needed a Limo to impress my client while we toured the local area. Dignitary provided a great quality limo and a very nice driver. Will definitely use agin!

I used this company while on my bachelorparty and I enjoyed it throughly. They took us around everywhere in Palm Beach County. I didnt have to worry about the pick up, drinking, and driving. Ill be using them again in the future for business.

Went and visited my uncle in this area, great vehicles, great quality. Would give more stars if I could.
