We recently decided it was time to have our roof replaced, so we started calling around to get estimates from roofing companies. After having several shady characters come by and give us ridiculous proposals with little or no detail, we were about to give up on it. Then we came across Trusted Constructions info and gave it one last shot. The owner Piotr Zawadzki came out and met with me. He was very professional and informative about the different options and warranties that were available for us. After we got his proposal, we selected the GAF 25 year golden pledge warranty as we felt it was the best product for the right price. When his crew showed up (on time and on schedule), they were all business and made sure the demo went smoothly and without a huge mess left behind. They came back the next day and started the installation. I have never seen a construction crew work so fast and efficient. The roof came out perfect and we now have a roof that will last us 30 years. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.Anthony Lyons

We had a very difficult roof leak at our home that seemingly could not be fixed (as 3 previous roofing companies had tried and failed). The leak became progressively worse until it caused possible mold damage. Thank goodness a friend recommended Trusted Construction. They were immediately responsive to our problem, correctly diagnosed our problems and professionally mitigated the problems. We eventually had to have significant work performed to repair the roof and the interior damage caused by the leaks. Trusted completed the work professionally and at a reasonable cost. We found them always to be on time, courteous, and professional. We recommend them highly.

I hired Trusted Construction to renovate my condo after water damage. They replaced all of my flooring and baseboards, painted my unit, remodeled both of my bathrooms, and performed a full kitchen remodel. Trusted did a condo remodel for me. Several of my neighbors then contracted with them also after they saw how nice our remodel turned out. Their quote was reasonable. They were always responsive to our questions and concerns. The job was done on time with minimal cost overruns. The cost over run we did have was due to electrical code issues that they had warned us might be an issue. Mathew and team were exceptional and I would not hesitate to use them again..

We hired Trusted Construction to renovate our apartment in Gleneagles Country Club. Peter, Matthew & Brian did a great job. From my first interaction with Peter to going through the permitting process with Brian &, finally, dealing with Mathew during the actual construction was quite unlike other experiences with building contractors. Trusteds employees return phone calls, communicate, show up as promised, oversee & manage their sub-contractors & stand by their work. The interior of the apartment was demolished & completely rebuilt. The result is awesome. We love it.

I set up an appt with this company, they called, had someone come out and were 1 hour late. I told the guy what I wanted to do and he kept telling me I needed blueprints and an engineer which was false. So I asked him for a quote on new floors, popcorn ceiling removal, and a few other basic renovations since moving a door required an engineer. He verbally quoted me $3.00/sq foot for flat. He told me the actual quote would be done in 24 hours this was a Thursday, never received a call and it is now Tuesday of the following week and so I contacted the gentleman who set up the appt and left a message. It has now been 4 weeks and I have yet to hear back from them. I had my entire popcorn ceiling done for $1.00/sq foot and it looks amazing, it would have been $2/sq foot to do the flat so I went with textured and my floors are getting done today as well probably for half of what they would have charged. If they were not interested in the job they should have contacted me and at least given me a yes or no so I didnt have to wait over a week to start looking for other contractors. Im not that disappointed because it sounds like these guys are overpriced and the fact that they cant even give you a call back, says a lot about the ethics and leadership at the company. I do not recommend them and I will be more than happy to give you the names of the company who is doing my work because they did a great job and for half of what these guys charge.

Diligent, hard working and professional. Finished remodeling my home in a timely and cost efficient manner, I would highly recommend them.
