My apologies to Raphael and A1 Plus Stone Design for a long overdue review! I started my kitchen reno just as COVID descended upon the world and made it very difficult to visit showrooms for ideas. I eventually found a sample liked, but read some poor reviews about the stone chipping. So, I went searching for company that carried the sample and thankfully found Raphael. When I showed him the sample I was interested in he immediately responded Its very expensive and it is garbage. I will show you something much nicer and more affordable. He then proceeded to tell me why that sample was no good and, after agreeing with his assessment, found me the perfect quartz at a fantastic price. The next hurdle was to decide whether I wanted one slab with a small seam, or two slabs with no seams (leaving 3/4 of the slab leftover and adding substantially to the cost). Raphael assured me he could match the veins on the quartz to the point I would hardly notice the seam. After much back and forth in my mind (and patience on his part), I decided to trust him. On installation day I held my breath and was simply amazed at how perfect he was able to match the quartz pieces. It takes a true professional who is an expert in his field to be able to render such precise and perfect work! My counter is gorgeous! I could not be happier with the entire experience and would and will HIGHLY recommend A1 Plus Stone Design to anyone who wants beautiful counters done right and at a great price!

Walked into this business and sat down with the owner Raphael. We were looking to replace our granite countertops and backsplash. We shared pictures of the kitchen and drawings. Raphael then took us to look at some slabs of granite. We picked out 3 slabs and he worked out a price. We were quite satisfied. Thirteen days later we had what felt like a new kitchen.

Less than an hour after my wife and I visited the Indiantown Road branch, I received a call from the owner, Raphael Gonzalez and made an appointment to meet him at his main office and fabrication facility the following day. He treated us like royalty from the minute we walked into his office. He showed us his wide inventory and gave us one of his suppliers for more selection. The following day, he and his crew came to make templates for the four counter areas. Once we made our selection and finalized his proposal, our granite Was installed just four days later. Everything fit perfectly we couldnt be happier. It was a pleasure dealing with Raphael and his crew men were very efficient and knowledgeable. I found the one place and person in Florida that I can recommend with absolutely no hesitation. Were extremely happy we chose A1 Plus for our quartz countertops. Our house is older and not very square, but Raphael and his team were able to precision-cut the countertops to make it work and they look fantastic. The joints are incredible, they blend in perfectly. I will no doubt be using them again in the future.

The guys did a great job on the granite in my kitchen. They were prompt and polite all ends of my experience with them. My only complaint is that when they cut the hole for my sink out of the granite they did it inside my house and didnt put any tarps up to control the dust. It looked like a small snow storm came through. But overall I would recommended them for your next granite job.

Rafael and his crew did my kitchen and two bathroom. I had to call him back because he did not complete the job as per our contract in my kitchen. He wanted additional payment to complete. I had frame showers doors installed in my showers, after using it, I see the water leaking out pass the door, I check the saddle it was tilted out instead of in. It cost me $500 to reinstall properly.I will recommend this contractor to anyone. Not an honest businessman.

My wife and I went in for a consultation and there was a hispanic man there that started making many silly jokes. Im all for a good laugh, but at some point we need to get serious and start talking business. He then proceeded to tell me how he does things and when I went to ask a question, he said I do all the talking, When I am finished, you will not have any questions. So when I asked an important question any way, he said If I have to listen to you, then I dont answer any questions, Im done! My problem is, I dont know about counter tops, so I need to find things out, I dont want to just be sold to. The business is located in a seedy industrial area, so I took a hot bath when I got home.

My experience with A1Plus has been as their name implies, A1+. They not only met my expectations but exceeded them in every aspect of my countertop installation experience. From the initial meeting to discuss the project and throughout the decision making process their customer service was informative as well as patient with me, making sure I got just what I wanted. The craftsman that did the actual fabrication and installation were punctual, friendly, and skilled. I couldnt be happier with the way my granite countertops turned out.The entire team at A1Plus takes pride in their work and reputation, and as far as Im concerned they should because theyve earned it. I hope to do business with them again and highly recommend their services to others as well.

Initially there was a problem concerning the cost.. I thought for the price quoted it would be a complete job only to realize later that I would have to pay an additional $300 for them to remove the old counter. They were on time and courteous and my only complaint would be there is a seam that is quite obvious right in front of the sink.
