We have done business with Maurice Appliances since we moved to Lake Worth and bought a washer and dryer fromjh he them, over 8yrs ago. We needed the dryer to have a new heating part purchased and dryer works again as if brand new. Prices are never over the top! Customer service also great 👍. We will always use Maurice for appliances, even if we moved from the neighborhood.

Guys dont get scam by this people. I choose them to do a repair cause of the reviews. They came to my house to fix my samsung dryer. They charge me 65 just to come over witch is reasonable but in still waiting for a call back to do my repair. They told me all the computers on my dryer are damage and told me it would ld cost me almost 500 just to fix it. I was going to fix it cause i pay 1100 for my dryer. So they never call back. I contact Samsung directly and they send me their technicians. My surprise when samsung told me that the dryer had no problems. It was just a cable that got damage. They charge 100 to come to my house. That was it. Just 100 for the repair and the small guy wanted to charge me 500 that’s crazy. I have no warranty just in case. STAY AWAY. Note to company if u don’t know what u doing. Don’t take on the service. You are scamming people.

This place is unprofessional they book you for an appointment never showup and they dont even have the coutesy to call you and let you know they are not able to make it. Those giving 5 stars are extremely lucky. Will not reccomend

Even when they didnt have the specific part I needed, they were still more than happy to help me locate it from another business, rather than have it for me in 3-5 days for 3 times the price like another place I called.Also, I saw that they have a nice selection of used appliances at good prices. Few people will help you the way Maurice will. I have used his services a number of times for parts to repair appliances I have in rental units. Each time he is beyond patient in explaining how to install something, and more importantly, his prices are incredibly fair. I have also bought and sold with Maurice. His inventory and price range(s) will fit every budget and circumstance. If only more people would do business this way!

I have been working with them since 2011. Patricia is so nice who runs the store. She goes out of her way to accommodate you and is one of the nicest people that I know. They dont try to sell you anything you dont need, want or try to talk you into anything it is what it is. Love them to death.

I purchased a stove from the place with a three month warranty for about $325. Within a week one burner was out and by the end of the month none of the four functioned. I kept it in the house because there was space for it and I purchased another one from a much better place. I called the day before the warranty expired so the woman said that someone will pick up the stove for repair and someone did the next day. The repair would be free or at a discounted price but I would not get my money back. They said that the wouldnt fix it because it had roaches and was rusting. THEY GAVE ME ROACHES and the appliance was already rusting and had just been painted over with cheap paint. I realized this the first time that I cleaned it well. Roaches were falling from ceiling corners the day that I was told that I would not get any help. Bottom line: do not do business with this filthy place. Id believe it if they told me that they get their appliances from a junk yard. Theyre only nice when you go in there to view the appliances and when you pull out your wallet.

Well I dont see how this repair shop is highly rated...they change appointments on you and never show up for the rescheduled appointment and never call to let you know when they are coming.Try calling their office and no one responds. Finally I get a man who claims to be the repair man and I tell him that his people never showed up. His excuse was that they went and repaired my neighbors washing machine and then started cursing that the guys were idiots.He then hung up without so much as a courtesy goodbye or try to solve my issue.Please if you are ever stuck with an appliance issue, dont call them. I wonder who writes their reviews.

Excellent service. We bought our top and bottom washer/dyer from these guys about 2 years ago, great price! We ran it harder than usual and when the water pump failed they came right out and didnt charge to let us know what the problem was. Came right back out the next day with the pump during a time convenient for me and installed the new pump, tested the unit, cleaned up any mess and were done in less than 20 minutes with time left for me to take a nap before getting the kids.

Very bad service, woman was rude and the appliance that I purchased was thrown onto the back of my truck and scraped off paint from both the appliance and truck, also, it made a dent. Everything there gets a minor touch-up and is put up for sale. The place has roaches In the appliances that grow because theres no air conditioning in the place besides the womans office. I would not recommend this place, there are many other second hand appliance stores around with better service and quality

I dont think this store is even open anymore. Went there during regular business hours to look at used appliances but lo and behold the door was locked the lights were off.

My dryer stopped heating so I decided where money is tight I would open it up myself and see if I could fix it. Hubby had his doubts. I found the problem was my heating element so I called Maurices appliance and they were very helpful with getting the part and info to guide me through fixing it. Got the element in and found I needed a thermal fuse kit so at this point I was reluctant to do it myself but with their guidance I got my dryer up and running. If you need parts, info or even a replacement Maurices Appliance is the place to go. The heating element was $30 cheaper than other places and the service is outstanding. You will not be disappointed. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family.
